Jakarta, May 8, 2024 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is adjusting its branch office operational schedule for the Ascension of Jesus Christ holiday in 2024. This adjustment follows the holiday schedule and collective leave set by the government on May 9-10, 2024.
The following are the operational adjustments of BCA branch offices during the holiday and collective leave of the Ascension of Jesus Christ 2024:

During this period, customers can access BCA banking services anywhere and anytime through the myBCA application, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and BCA ATMs. All BCA branch offices will resume normal operations on Monday, May 13, 2024.

BCA services can be enjoyed by all customers through various company facilities that uphold the concept of banking from anywhere. Customers can also utilize cardless features on BCA mobile and myBCA to deposit and withdraw cash without a card at ATMs. We hope that BCA's various services can fulfill various financial needs, so that customers can optimally enjoy this holiday moment."
Customers can enjoy various ways to transact easily such as payment via QRIS, top up Flazz, and pay and top up data package needs using myBCA and BCA mobile applications. Specifically in myBCA, customers can utilize the Paylater feature to meet sudden needs with a later payment option. BCA Paylater service can be used by customers after registering first in the myBCA application.
For offline transactions to receive payments for Pertamina products (B2B Pertamina), customers can access them at several branches that have weekend banking services. BCA branch offices that serve offline B2B Pertamina transactions on May 11 and 12 are KCU Bandung, KCU Semarang, KCU Malang, KCU Solo Slamet Riyadi, KCU Palembang, KCU Medan, KCU Denpasar, KCU Galaxy, KCU Kelapa Gading. Services at each branch office are carried out according to the weekend banking service time.
