BCA Operates Until 14.00 Local Time to Support Emergency PPKM Policy

Jakarta, 01 July 2021 – Observing the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, BCA as part of the national banking system, is committed to fully supporting the policies of the Central Government and Regional Governments, Regulators & Banking Authorities, especially the Emergency PPKM policy to suppress the transmission rate of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In line with the policy from the regulator, starting Friday, July 2, 2021, BCA will make adjustments to its policy on operating service hours for Branch Offices until 14.00 local time, which will generally apply at BCA Branch Offices throughout Indonesia.

BCA has also adjusted the operational service hours for fund transfer transactions via RTGS and LLG, valid from July 2, 2021, which would be accessible until 13.30 local time via branch counters and until 14.00 WIB via e-channel.

"In addition, in the current condition, BCA is principally committed to carrying out banking operations following the Emergency PPKM policy, that has been established, with strict health protocols," said Executive Vice President Secretariat & Corporate Communication of BCA, Hera F. Haryn.
