BCA Operational Schedule During 2024 Eid and Public Holiday

Jakarta, 2 April 2024 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) adjusted the branch offices operational schedule during the 2024 Eid al-Fitr holiday period. The adjustments follow the Eid public holiday set by the government on 8, 9, 12, and 15 April.

The adjustments to BCA branch office operational hours during the 2024 Eid holiday are as follows:

All BCA branch offices will resume normal operations on Tuesday, 16 April 2024. During limited operations, all non-financial transactions can be served by operating branch offices. The public can also utilize financial transactions and fund transfers through BI-FAST.

“We are committed to continue serving customers’ transaction needs any time throughout the 2024 Lebaran holiday period through various accessible services via myBCA application, BCA mobile, KlikBCA, and dozens of thousands of BCA ATM networks. Customers can utilize various features such as paylater services, cardless cash withdrawals, and conduct payments through BCA mobile and myBCA applications,” said BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja.

BCA is also adjusting Pertamina’s B2B transaction operations, particularly for receiving deposits on Pertamina product sales for Host-to-Host Pertamina Customers through KlikBCA Bisnis. The service is available at all branch offices with limited operations on 8 April 2024. On 12 April 2024, BCA branch offices that serve B2B Pertamina deposits are KCU Semarang, KCU Palembang, KCU Madiun, and KCU Matraman.
