Pangkalpinang, January 19th, 2023 – Committed to provide service excellence to the society, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) continue to conduct various initiatives, one of which is by providing cash management solutions for the Regional Drinking Water Company (Perumdam) of Tirta Pinang and Tirta Sejiran Setason. This partnership will allow people in Pangkalpinang and West Bangka to enjoy the convenience of paying water bills through ATMs. In the future, the payments system will also be available through other BCA e-channels.
The signing ceremony was held on Wednesday (18/01) and attended by Head of BCA KCU Pangkalpinang, Vanessa Claudea Flaviana; Head of Business Development of BCA Pangkal Pinang, Maria Dwi Rossarie; Acting Director of PDAM Tirta Pinang, Ervany, S.T; and Director of PDAM Tirta Sejiran Setason, Najamuddin, SH.
“We are proud and grateful for being entrusted by Perumdam Tirta Pinang and Tirta Sejiran Setason to accommodate people’s needs in accessing clean water by providing easy and convenient financial solutions for them. This collaboration is in line with BCA’s commitment as a national bank that aims to provide one-stop solutions for customers,” said Vanessa Claudea Flaviana, Head of BCA KCU Pangkalpinang.
The partnership with Perumdam Tirta Pinang and Tirta Sejiran Setason adds to the list of more than 150 of PDAMs that have worked with BCA in water bill payments. Previously, BCA has collaborated with PDAMs in other areas, such as Bogor, Bandung, Purwakarta, Cianjur, Tarakan, Pontianak, Palembang, Belitung, Sukabumi and Jayapura to provide an easier way for public to pay their water bill through BCA ATMs and e-channels.
PDAM bill payments at BCA ATM can be made by selecting the “Other Transactions” menu, then selecting “Payment”, then “PAM”, input the PAM code, input the payment number, and as final stage: confirm the payment.

It has become our responsibility to facilitate customers to meet their needs with a one-stop-solution. We hope this collaboration can improve public self-discipline in paying their water bills,” concluded Vanessa.
