Executive Vice President of Cash Management of BCA, Rusdianti Salim received the award, which was directly submitted by Deputy Director of BPJS Health Premium Management Ni Made Ayu Sri Ratna Sudewi on Wednesday (25/11). The Payment Channel Award 2020 is an award organized by BPJS Health that recognizes institutions with the best payment facilities. BCA is considered capable of providing an easy, safe, and comfortable payment service for BPJS Health users, which led the bank to win the Largest Transactions & Receipt of Contributions for Non-Pooling Bank and the Largest Auto Debit Participant for Non-Pooling Bank.
“BCA is committed to supporting government programs in providing the best service to the Indonesian people. We implemented our commitment through, among others, cash management solutions that enable customers to pay JKN-KIS premiums through BCA e-channel services. Apart from making it easier, payment via BCA e-channel services is also more convenient and efficient, which only requires few steps,” explained Rusdianti.
The collaboration between BCA and BPJS Health has been established since 2017 and BCA is always committed to providing various solutions that facilitate banking transactions, especially payment for JKN-KIS premiums. Through the payment method on BCA mobile, members of the BPJS Health can fulfill the monthly premium payment from anywhere, at any time. The payment system via e-channel services, which has become the leading payment of choice, has likewise favored the government and BPJS Health in serving the public especially during the pandemic, where outdoor activities have been limited. JKN premium payments can be made via ATM BCA, KlikBCA Individu, KlikBCA Bisnis, Auto Debit, BCA Credit Card Autopay, over the counter at BCA branches, Laku and Duitt. BCA is committed to supporting the government in providing the best service for the Indonesian people.
