Jakarta, 22 February 2025 — PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), through its subsidiary, BCA Finance, is committed to providing quality services to all customers, including fulfilling their dream vehicle needs. As part of this commitment, the company is offering its flagship Vehicle Loan (KKB) and Motorcycle Loan (KSM) programs at BCA Expoversary 2025. The event is held offline at ICE BSD from February 20–23, 2025, and is also accessible online until March 31, 2025, via expo.bca.co.id.
BCA Finance Director and Chairman of the BCA Expoversary 2025 Committee Petrus Karim stated, "BCA Expoversary 2025 is not just a celebration of BCA's 68th anniversary but also a realization of our commitment to providing relevant financial solutions to the public. Through this event, we offer various financing programs, including in the Vehicle Loans (KKB) and Motorcycle Loans (KSM) sectors. BCA Expoversary 2025 is designed to make it easier for customers and the public to own vehicles, especially ahead of the Eid moment."
Petrus added that the period leading up to Eid often sees a peak in demand for motor vehicles. The deeply rooted tradition of homecoming in Indonesian society has led to a sharp increase in the need for private vehicles, both cars and motorcycles. "Eid homecoming is not just a journey back to one's hometown but has become a ritual that strengthens family bonds. Therefore, the need for vehicles, especially family MPV cars and comfortable, efficient motorcycles, has become the top choice for the public," he added.
Similar to this, BCA Finance Director Herwandi Kuswanto said that the Eid homecoming phenomenon is considered a special moment that reflects the unique cultural characteristics of Indonesian society. "The high enthusiasm of the public in participating in the homecoming and return flows always creates its own dynamics. For many families, homecoming is not just about the journey but also about the joy of gathering with loved ones," he said.
In line with the trend of environmentally friendly vehicles, Indonesian people are gradually showing interest in electric vehicles (EVs) as an alternative to conventional cars. Although still in the development stage, the use of electric cars is starting to be considered by some travelers, especially with the increasing availability of supporting infrastructure such as charging stations along major homecoming routes.
To support the various needs of the public, both conventional and EV users, BCA is presenting vehicle financing programs with special interest rates for Vehicle Loans (KKB) starting from 2.68% flat p.a. for a 1 year tenor and 2.88% flat p.a. for 2- and 3-year tenors. Meanwhile, through Motorcycle Loans (KSM), BCA Finance offers the convenience of owning a motorcycle with a 0% down payment scheme, allowing customers to take home a motorcycle without any upfront payment. "With the implementation of BCA Expoversary 2025, we project that the Vehicle Loans (KKB) disbursement could reach more than Rp40 trillion throughout 2025," said Petrus.
In the digitalization era, BCA is also expanding its vehicle financing services through the Vehicle Loans (KKB) BCA Virtual Mall, accessible via www.kreditkerenbanget.com. This platform makes it easier for customers to find their dream vehicle, compare specifications, simulate credit, and schedule test drives flexibly without having to visit a dealer directly.
"We have prepared the Vehicle Loans (KKB) Virtual Mall to meet the needs of BCA customers who live in urban areas, have high mobility, and do not always have time to visit dealers directly. Customers can view various car options, check specifications, calculate credit simulations, determine down payment amounts, and estimate monthly installments according to their financial capabilities. With the support of flexible financing facilities and easy access through digital platforms, we hope the public can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and needs-based vehicle ownership experience, especially ahead of Eid," concluded Petrus.
