A Series of Domestic and Global Awards Won Throughout 2023, Proof of Halo BCA Consistent Quality

 

Jakarta, 29 December 2023 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has strengthened its customer-first principle with a series of achievements obtained by Halo BCA in 2023. In the past year, Halo BCA has received a dozen prestigious awards from domestic to global levels.

BCA, through Halo BCA, has recently won numerous awards at the Global Contact Center World Awards 2023 (GCCWA 2023) at both the Asia Pacific and global levels. BCA also won The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) Grand Champion title for the 12th time.

The GCCWA Asia Pacific 2023 was held in mid-July in Nusa Dua, Bali. At the event, BCA won awards in various categories, such as Industry Champion Awards, Dream Team Awards, 24 Corporate category awards, 32 Individual category awards, and 7 Team awards with a total of 41 Gold, 17 Silver, and 5 Bronze medals. In addition, BCA also won awards for prestigious categories, namely Best Mega Contact Center, Best in Customer Service, Best Technology Innovation, Best Contact Center Design, and Best Crisis Management Campaign.

Meanwhile, at the global GCCWA 2023 event held in Portugal last November, BCA won 53 awards at once in the form of 10 Certified World Class Awards, 22 awards in the corporate category, 14 individual awards, and 6 team awards. This achievement also crowned BCA as the 14th Contact Center World champion.

Not only in the Global Contact Center World Awards 2023, BCA also achieved achievements in The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) 2023 in September 2023, in Jakarta. This event named BCA as the Grand Champion for this year's edition. With this achievement, BCA has won the overall champion title 12 times in a row since the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) first used the Grand Champion scheme in 2012. In this competition, BCA won 61 medals consisting of 25 Platinum Medals, 17 Gold Medals, 12 Silver Medals and 7 Bronze Medals.

Global Contact Center World Awards (GCCWA) is an annual competition that brings together the best contact center practitioners from around the world. This event was attended by over 2,000 participants from more than 80 countries. GCCWA 2023 is implemented regionally, with participation from Europe, Middle East, Africa, America, and Asia Pacific regions. BCA has participated in GCCWA since 2009 and has consistently won awards during its 14 years of participation.

Meanwhile, The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) is an annual competition and awards event organized by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) to recognize contact center practitioners in Indonesia. This year, ICCA set a new record in the Indonesian World Records Museum (MURI) for the 'Customer Service Competition with the Most Practitioners,' with 1,089 participants from various companies and organizations throughout Indonesia.

In addition to the successes at GCCWA 2023 and TBCCI 2023, at the beginning of 2023 the Halo BCA application also helped BCA win the Gallup Global Customer Engagement Award for the second time, because the application was considered successful in supporting BCA to gain customer trust through excellent service that offers transaction convenience and 24-hour availability for customers.

Halo BCA has long been BCA's call center service, providing assistance and product information for BCA customers and non-customers. Along with digital development and consumer behavior today, Halo BCA has evolved into the Halo BCA application, which can be downloaded for free on PlayStore or AppStore. In addition, Halo BCA also comes in the form of an artificial intelligence figure called VIRA. Both services can be utilized by all BCA customers without a time limit. With the Halo BCA application, customers can utilize the VoIP Call facility to contact the BCA customer center anytime and anywhere, even when they are abroad without worrying about credit charges. In addition to VoIP Call, there are various other features offered by the Halo BCA application, including Chat, Email and Twitter facilities.
