Jakarta, April 5th 2016 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) once again proved its company brand quality in the digital era. The achievement was recognized through the eight awards BCA brought home from Infobank award event Infobank Digital Brand Awards 2016.
The award and dinner took place on April 5, 2016 in Jakarta, and attended by BCA Head of Business Consumer Credit Development Limahl Salim, BCA Individual Customer Business Development Chief Manager Ugahary Yovvy Chandra, BCA Debit Cash and Flazz Development Senior Manager Ferry Winarta, and BCA Card Promotion and Communication Center Senior Manager I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya who received the eight awards at 2016 infobank Digital Brand Awards.
BCA received swiped eight categories, including Golden Trophy KPR Conventional Commercial Bank, Conventional Commercial Bank, Conventional Commercial Bank Credit Card, Conventional Commercial Bank Debit Card, Wealth Management Conventional Commercial Bank, Conventional Commercial Bank Savings, Conventional Commercial Bank KPR, dan Conventional Commercial Bank Deposito.
"The company cannot be separated from digital and technological advancement, especially social media and websites, which provide even greater access for the public. Information, including transactions, can even be accessed through digital media. Due to BCA’s commitment to always be on the customers side, its consistent good performance in the digital world has contributed to significant enhancement of the company's brand positioning. We thank our loyal customers who have used and inspired innovation in our digital media development, and of course, BCA’s extended family who has worked hard to develop it," Salim Limahl noted.
These awards are reminders for companies in Indonesia to implement fast, effective, and efficient principles in brand development, so as to establish strong digital presence. Indirectly, digital media, including social media and websites, reflect the position of the company or brand in the eyes of consumers. "BCA pays great attention to the innovation of banking products, especially those using digital media platform. On the same day, Infobank Digital Brand Awards 2016 also hosted a seminar, attended Head of Halo BCA Wani Sabu who shared insights on anticipating cyber crime within the banking industry.
Previously, BCA had won a number of awards for its use of digital media, including Great Performing Product for Internet Banking, ATM, SMS Banking, Credit Card, E-wallet Flazz, as well as Great Performing Website for www.bca.co.id at Social Media & Digital Marketing Award 2015 in October 2015; and Social Media Marketing Award’s recognition for Credit Card BCA.
