Jakarta, February 25th 2016 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) proved its service excellence once again by being named “Excellent” in the Regular Banking category at Excellent Service Experience Award 2016.
The event was held by Carre – Center for Customer Satisfication and Loyality (Carre – CCSL) and Majalah Service Excellence at Ballroom I Hotel Mulia on 25 Februari 2016. BCA Director Armand Hartono received the award in person.
“For 59 years, BCA hasexplored various ways to help improve the quality of our banking customer care. To create added value to our company, we prioritized consumer satisfaction, protection, and convenient during transactions. We ensure that consumers experience excellent banking to establish trust and loyalty from customers,” Armand explained.
As a customer-focused company, BCA continues to maintain its commitment to customers through quality financial products and services. BCA viewed this award from various aspects, branch performance to consumer own evaluation regarding customer sense experience, customer mood experience, up to problem solution experience. “One aspect we are particularly proud of is the hard work and dedication of BCA’s extended family in providing the best customer care service. This has been recognized by both our customers and research institutions,” he added.
The award repeated BCA’s success in 2015 and 2014. In 2015, BCA was awarded with the title “Excellent” for regular banking category at Excellent Service Experience Award 2015. Additionally, BCA also earned HR Excellent Award and Net Promoter Customer Loyality Award recently.
“We would like to dedicate this award to all BCA customers who have remained using our products and services. In parallel with BCA’s 59th anniversary, we celebrate the motivation to provide only the best to our customers, in accordance to our tagline ‘Always by Your Side’,” Armand concluded.
