Jakarta, 11 December 2017 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) reaffirms its commitment to provide ease of payment transactions for all customers and business partners. The commitment is demonstrated by signing of a cooperation agreement between BCA and AirAsia regarding the payment of top up deposit services for AirAsia travel agent partners online through KlikBCA Bisnis.
Attending the signing event was President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja, Director of BCA Henry Koenaifi, CEO of Indonesia AirAsia Group Dendy Kurniawan, and Commercial Director AirAsia Indonesia Rifai Taberi at BCA Tower, Jakarta, Monday (11/12).
President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja explained the key to successfully facing the trend of banking services towards digital direction is to adapt properly and in accordance with the existing changes, one of which was carried out through the cooperation. “We recognize the importance of continuously improving the required services. By such cooperation, we are expanding our cash management platform services to provide ease of top up deposit facility for travel agency partners that offer AirAsia flight service,” said Jahja.
Jahja said that AirAsia has added a list of airlines that develop Business-to-Business (B2B) commerce regarding top-up service for travel agent partners through KlikBCA Bisnis. “Previously, a cooperation has been forged between BCA and AirAsia regarding BCA KlikPay and EDC BCA, and Business-to-Customer (B2C) services. We certainly hope that the said cooperation can provide mutual benefits for both parties in improving customer satisfaction.” added Jahja.
Meanwhile, Indonesia AirASia Group CEO Dendy Kurniawan is optimistic that the cooperation can contribute to increase the collection transaction value by travel agents that along with the practical service of KlikBCA Bisnis. “AirAsia is profoundly proud to be able to drive the cooperation with BCA to the next stage, especially in providing payment services that ease the work of our travel agent partners. As a digital-based carrier, AirAsia strongly believes in technological advantages in improving service. Equipped with the BCA reliable systems, we hope that the programs would help expand our partnership with travel agents,” ujar Dendy.
