Compliance all across taxes and tax reporting has led BCA to become one of the recipients of the taxpayer compliance awards at Directorate General for Taxation (DGT) Large Taxpayer 2019. This is the second time the Bank BCA is awarded the same award in 2018.
President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja accompanied by Director of BCA Vera Eve Lim received the Taxpayer Award which was submitted by Minister of Finance for the Republic of Indonesia Sri Mulyani Indrawati at Gedung Radjiman Wedyodiningrat, Jakarta, Wednesday (13/03). The award was given to BCA, as one of the institutions registered at the Large Tax Office I, for its contribution to obey the regulation and tax compliance that subsequently help achieve the revenue target of the Regional Office of the Large Taxpayer DGT in 2018.
“We would like to express our gratitude to the Directorate General for Taxation Large Tax Payer of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia that has chosen BCA as one of the award recipients. This indicates that BCA has a good standard in fulfilling the obligation to pay and report taxes,” said Jahja.
“This award will certainly motivate BCA to be more vigorous in performing its tax rights and obligations and also to contribute better in 2019. The contribution BCA provided in terms of taxpaying is expected to make a significant impact on the overall state revenue from the taxation sector while at the same time becoming a taxpayer benchmark for the community and other institutions, especially in fulfilling tax obligations,” Jahja concluded.
