Consistently Providing Service Excellence, BCA Inaugurates Ternate KCP’s New Building

Ternate, August 30, 2021 – Branch offices are an inseparable part of a banking service because they become a place for interaction between customers or prospective customers and banking personnel. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) as part of the national banking sector is also paying close attention to the need for adequate branch offices for customers. The effort to provide service excellence is presented by BCA through the inauguration of the new Sub-Branch Office (KCP) building in Ternate.

The inauguration ceremony of this new building was held directly with strict health protocols and attended by the Head of Ternate KCP Indra Edward Parluhutan along with all other BCA management in Ternate on Monday (30/08).

“BCA's consistency in realizing the vision of service excellence to customers is currently implemented through the presence of the Ternate KCP’s new building. Today, Ternate KCP officially operates and serves the banking transaction needs for customers. The presence of this new building will provide easy, safe and comfortable services for customers and prospective customers in the Ternate area," said Indra.

Ternate BCA KCP, North Maluku, which was originally located at Pahlawan Revolusi Street will move to Sultan Djabir Street, North Ternate, City of Ternate. The relocation of this sub-branch office is to improve service excellence for customers. The new KCP is strategically located because it is in the center of Ternate, precisely next to Jatiland Mall. It is a two-story building that allows customers to make transactions in a more comfortable way and the distribution of the transaction area is more adequate. Especially in the midst of the current pandemic situation, it requires a larger space to ensure physical distancing. In addition, a larger and more adequate parking space will make customers more comfortable to make transactions at the branch office.

"The inauguration of this new building can further optimize services to loyal BCA customers and prospective BCA customers in Ternate. BCA is thankful and appreciative of the support given to make the inauguration today can run well as planned," concluded Indra.

Inauguration of Ternate KCP – As an effort to provide service excellence, BCA presents a new Sub-Branch Office (KCP) building in Ternate. The inauguration was attended by the Head of Ternate KCP Indra Parluhutan (dressed in white). One of the events carried out was a joint prayer led by a local religious leader Father Lisar (dressed in batik) on Monday (30/08).
