This time, to optimize the #BankingFromHome movement, BCA has updated the Individual KlikBCA (KBI) service in order to provide customer satisfaction in banking transactions.
As of July 2, 2021, the daily limit for individual KlikBCA (KBI) transfers will be IDR 500 million per day per user ID. This daily transaction limit increase will take effect from July 2 to August 2, 2021. Previously, KlikBCA users had a transfer limit of IDR 250 million per day per user ID.

In the midst of the current pandemic situation, we also understand that the needs of customers who have to work from home certainly require simpler mobility. The increase in the daily transfer limit is expected to help customers' productivity in conducting banking transactions," explained Executive Vice President Secretariat & Corporate Communication of BCA, Hera F. Through KlikBCA, customers can easily perform various #DiRumahAja transactions such as paying electricity bills, paying telephone bills and reloading credit easily.
For information, KlikBCA is a way to access banking services owned by BCA that can be accessed easily via a PC or smartphone. This service allows customers to carry out various digital transactions conveniently from anywhere and anytime. A number of features can be enjoyed at KlikBCA such as blocking ATM cards, opening a Tahaka account, buying investment products, transferring large amounts and being able to view e-statements for up to 2 years.
“The convenience of making transactions can now be done very easily, customers don't need to go to ATMs or branch offices to support government programs to stay at home. This service has also been equipped with KeyBCA with a layered security system to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data and transactions carried out,” concluded Hera.
