Lampung, 6 April 2020 – In order to provide ease and comfort to customers, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) relocated Main Branch Office (KCU) Metro. The new office of KCU Metro is still at Metro area, at Jl. Jendral Sudirman No. 106.
KCU Metro officially operates in its new office building as of 6 April 2020. The inauguration ceremony of the new office was marked by cutting ribbon, which was performed by Head of KCU BCA Metro Peter Soeryadi, at Metro, Monday (06/04). Also attending the ceremony was the Head of Branch Operations of KCU BCA Metro Enchen Lim, Head of Branch Business Development of KCU BCA Metro Royani Karundeng and the entire management of BCA.
Peter Soeryadi said, the relocation aims to maximize services to BCA loyal customers. On the other hand, BCA stays up to date by presenting various banking solutions through digital features, which can be easily accessed through smartphones. This transformation has been well received by BCA loyal customers. Until the end of December 2019, about 98% of the transactions at BCA were made via mobile, internet and ATM payments. Of around 74% of these transactions were mobile and internet transactions, followed by ATM transaction at around 24%.
BCA wants to always be by your side, although the number of digital transactions continues to soar, our branch offices remains open to fulfil customer needs. We still have a lot of customers coming to our branches every day to make banking transactions or to simply look for information regarding banking services. This proves that branches remain essential for customers.

KCU Metro adds to the 1,246 BCA branch offices scattered all across Indonesia, 17,688 ATMs as well as transactions made over the 24-hr internet and mobile banking systems. BCA’s direct and digital banking services go hand in hand to provide customer satisfaction.
