BCA Honored as Best Workplace for Seven Consecutive Years

Jakarta, 17 July 2025 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has once again marked a remarkable achievement by winning two prestigious honors at the HR Asia Awards 2025. One of the awards, “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia,” has been consistently earned by BCA for seven consecutive years. This achievement reinforces the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence in human resource management and its dedication to nurturing strong and sustained employee engagement.

BCA also honored with the “HR Asia Most Caring Companies Award,” repeating its achievement from the previous year. This award serves as a recognition of BCA’s commitment to implementing practices and policies that prioritize employee well-being, while fostering a positive work environment and culture.

The HR Asia Awards is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious awards in human resource management, organized by Business Media International. The awards honor companies across Asia that excel in HR practices, demonstrate high employee engagement, and foster an exceptional workplace culture. With a rigorous, data-driven selection process, the program attracts participation from many of the region’s leading companies.
