Bogor, 15 July 2025 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has established a strategic collaboration with the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) to provide education payment services through the BCA Virtual Account facility. This initiative is part of the Bank's ongoing efforts to expand financial access while supporting the acceleration of digitalization in Indonesia's education sector.
The signing ceremony for this collaboration was held at Bogor Agricultural University on Monday (14/7). The event was attended by BCA Director Hendra Tanumihardja, BCA Director Antonius Widodo Mulyono, and IPB Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Iskandar Zulkarnaen Siregar, M.For.Sc., IPB Director Dr. Alfian Helmi, S.KPm., M.Sc., Head of BCA Regional Office IX; and Sewaka Kosasih, as well as members of the management teams from both BCA and IPB.
"BCA is honored to support the digital transformation journey that empowers the academic community at IPB. We understand that the evolving demands of digitalization require swift adaptation across various aspects, including secure and convenient payment solutions and learning support facilities for students. We believe this service will enable IPB students to make their tuition payments easily, anytime and anywhere," said BCA Director Antonius Widodo.
The tuition payment facility via BCA Virtual Account for IPB students has been available since June 10, 2025. Tuition payments can be made through various BCA banking channels, including myBCA, BCA mobile, KlikBCA, KlikBCABisnis, and BCA ATMs. To make a payment, users simply select the "Transfer" menu, then choose "BCA Virtual Account" and enter the Virtual Account number. The billing amount will be displayed for verification, and once confirmed, users can proceed to complete the payment.
In addition to streamlining the payment process for students, this facility enables IPB to monitor, manage, and report tuition funds in an integrated manner.

Under the Bakti BCA umbrella, BCA runs a variety of programs and initiatives in the education sector. Through the Bakti Pendidikan pillar, BCA has launched several initiatives, including Sekolah Bakti BCA, BCA Berbagi Ilmu, Disability Empowerment, Financial Literacy Education, Bakti BCA Scholarships, and the Capital Market School.
