Macau, 20 July 2018 – The consistency of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) in providing innovative sustainable financial products and services has once again received a recognition, as Halo BCA brought home 25 awards at the Contact Center World(CCW) Asia Pacific Award 2018. This time, BCA won in two categories, namely Individual Category and Corporate Category. In the individual category, Halo BCA won 8 Gold, 3 Silver, and 1 Bronze. Meanwhile, in Corporate Category, Halo BCA won 7 Gold, 4 Silver, and 1 Bronze.
BCA won the Gold medal for Incentive Scheme, Best Use of Social Media, Green Contact Center, Best Design, Customer Loyalty, Community Spirit, dan Best In Customer Service. Predikat Silver terdapat empat kategori, yaitu Recruitment Campaign, Helpdesk, Self Service Technology, and Technology Innovation, as well as Bronze medal for the Direct Response category.
Attending to receive the awards was Executive Vice President of Center of Digital of BCA Wani Sabu, submitted by President of Contact Center World Raj Wadhwani as well as the Halo BCA’s team who also competes in Macau, Friday (20/07). “The 25 awards we brought home today is a testament to our endless efforts to create positive transformation in providing services to BCA’s loyal customers. In the midst of a massive digital technology development, we are synergizing with BCA’s extended family to innovate and never stop creating and making achievements,” said Wani.
What’s even more special, BCA also won the ‘DREAM TEAM’ title, in which it serves as a recognition from CCW to companies that fully support the development of their Human Resources through training, education, and clear career planning in order to improve employee performance productivity. DREAM itself is an abbreviation of Develop, Reward, Energize, Appreciate and Motivate.
The Contact Center World (CCW) Award 2018 is an annual competition that brings together the best practitioners and contact center companies from Asia Pacific countries. The CCW 2018 was followed by 50 countries and 1500 participants from Asia Pacific, Europe, and America. In Asia Pacific, 14 countries and 178 participants passed the initial selection and were divided into 32 categories. After passing a rigorous test and competition, Halo BCA won 25 awards.
Wani added, Halo BCA plays a role in facilitating BCA’s customers to obtain important information regarding BCA products and services. Through the award, we hope to provide a faster and appropriate solution for customers while performing banking transactions, given that BCA continues to its products and services for the customers.
During 2017, Halo BCA through the its 24-hour contact service 1500888 received more than 14.5 million calls, of which 10.47% calls were customer complaints and 44.86% calls were related to customer needs of information of products and services. Out of 92,449 customer complaints handled, a total of 98.92% have been resolved in accordance with the service level. Through email halobca@bca.co.id, Halo BCA had also received more than 368 thousand e-mails from customers including the need of information of its products and services as well as feedback related to the BCA services. At the end of December 2017, the official Twitter account of @HaloBCA had about 162 thousand followers and received a total of 227 thousand mentions throughout 2017. Through the Halo BCA Chat service on corporate website www.bca.co.id and https://prioritas.bca.co.id, Halo BCA has received 223 thousand chats from customers throughout the year 2017.
