Tahapan Xpresi

Tahapan Xpresi BCA is a savings account designed for young people, featuring unique card designs and convenient access without a passbook.

Key Features

  • Customers will receive an Xpresi Paspor Card:
    • GPN Xpresi Card for debit transactions at thousands of outlets throughout Indonesia with the BCA or GPN debit logo as well as cash transactions at thousands of BCA ATMs and the Prima ATM network.
    • The Xpresi Mastercard Card for:
      • Online payments on various sites, apps, or online services.
      • Debit transactions at millions of outlets with the Debit BCA logo (for domestic transactions) and tens of millions of outlets overseas connected to the Mastercard network.
      • Cash transactions at thousands of BCA ATMs, Prima ATM networks, and Mastercard/Cirrus ATM networks worldwide.

Risks

  • LPS does not guarantee savings accounts with balances exceeding IDR 2 billion and interest rates exceeding the interest rate set by LPS.
  • Misuse of cards, PINs, passwords, OTPs, and User IDs/BCA IDs due to customers’ negligence.

Requirements and Procedures

  • The account opening is intended for individual customers, including Indonesian citizens and foreigners holding an identity card.
  • Fill out and approve the account opening application form.
  • Prepare the required documents.

Customer Type

  • Identity card (e-KTP card for Indonesian citizens/Passport for foreigners)
  • NPWP* for Indonesian citizens
  • Residence Permit Card (KITAS/KITAP), for foreigners residing in Indonesia
  • Other documents (specifically for foreigners who do not reside in Indonesia), in accordance with the APU, PPT, and applicable provisions
  • The parents’ Identity Cards (electronic Resident ID Card (e-KTP) for Indonesian citizens/Passport for foreign citizens)
  • The parents’ Tax ID Number (NPWP) (optional)*
  • The child’s Birth Certificate/Family Card/Child Identity Card, for Indonesian citizens
  • Passport, for foreign citizens
  • Stay Permit (Limited Stay Permit (KITAS) /Permanent Stay Permit (KITAP)), for foreign citizens domiciled in Indonesia
  • Other documents (only for foreign citizens not domiciled in Indonesia) as may be required under the APU, PPT, and PPPSPM Guidelines
  • The guardian’s Identity Card (electronic Resident ID Card (e-KTP) for Indonesian citizens/Passport for foreign citizens)
  • The guardian’s Tax ID Number (NPWP) (optional)*
  • Decree of Guardian Appointment issued by the District Court
  • Record of Oath Administration of the Guardian from the Probate Registry Office (Balai Harta Peninggalan) (optional)
  • The child’s Birth Certificate/Family Card/Child Identity Card, for Indonesian citizens
  • Passport, for foreign citizens
  • The parents’ Identity Cards (electronic Resident ID Card (e-KTP) for Indonesian citizens/Passport for foreign citizens)
  • The parents’ Tax ID Number (NPWP) (optional)*
  • Stay Permit (Limited Stay Permit (KITAS) /Permanent Stay Permit (KITAP)), for foreign citizens domiciled in Indonesia

    Remarks:

    1) The limit for cash withdrawals using the Paspor BCA is a combined limit with the cardless cash withdrawal limit via m-BCA.

    3) The limit for transfer between BCA Accounts via the BCA ATM is a combined limit with the limit for transfer between BCA Accounts via m-BCA.

    4) The limit for transfer between BCA Accounts (to a foreign currency account) via the BCA ATM is a combined limit with the limit for transfer between BCA Accounts (to a foreign currency account) via m-BCA.

    5) The limit for transfer to another bank via the BCA ATM is a combined limit with the limit for transfer to another bank (Online & BI-FAST) via m-BCA.

    6) The limit for payment with Debit BCA is a combined limit with the limit for cash withdrawal at a merchant and Flazz top-up via an EDC machine (separate from the limit for cash withdrawal via ATMs).

    7) Contactless Debit transactions without PIN and overseas Debit transactions without PIN are still calculated in the BCA Debit transaction limit according to the type of BCA Debit/ATM Card. Contactless Debit and overseas Debit transactions with PIN follows the BCA Debit transaction limit.

    8) This limit is separate from the limit for transfer in Rupiah.

    9) Applicable to transfers to all Own BCA Accounts (Rupiah/foreign currency accounts). Transfer transactions from a Rupiah source account to a foreign currency account shall be subject to the Information on Foreign Exchange Transaction Threshold, which can be viewed here.

    10) Applicable to transfers between BCA accounts other than transfers to own account.

    11) The combined limit for transfers between BCA accounts (other than transfers to own accounts) and transfers to another bank via myBCA is the maximum daily transaction limit per BCA ID. The complete information on myBCA transaction limits can be viewed here.

    12) The combined limit for transfer transactions via Internet Banking is the maximum daily transaction limit per user ID. The complete information on Internet Banking transaction limits can be viewed here.

    13) The daily limit for cash withdrawals without a card (cardless) via myBCA mobile per BCA ID.

    14) The daily limit for cash deposits without a card (cardless) via myBCA mobile per BCA ID.

    15) The default limit applies only to Customers who have never set transaction limit before. Customers can increase their limit up to the maximum amount through the Set Limit menu in myBCA, myBCA Web, and BCA mobile.

Additional Information

  • Tahapan Xpresi accounts can be opened for Individuals; joint accounts cannot be opened
  • Interest on savings will be credited to the account at the end of each month.
  • Interest rates on savings accounts can vary with market conditions. If rates drop, customers will notice a decrease in the interest they earn.
  • Customers can request to close their savings accounts at a branch by bringing their original valid ID card, Paspor BCA card, and any other supporting documents, if needed, according to applicable BCA regulations. A closing fee will be charged.
  • If the customer's savings account balance is zero and there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be closed automatically.
  • BCA shall inform all changes to the benefits, fees, risks, terms and conditions of this Product and/or Service through any means in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
