Jakarta, 14 June 2024 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has adjusted its branch office operational schedule during the Eid al-Adha 2024 holiday and collective leave period. This adjustment follows the holiday and collective leave schedule set by the government on 17-18 June 2024.
During this period, customers can access BCA banking services anywhere and anytime through the myBCA application, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and BCA ATMs. All BCA branch offices will resume normal operations on Wednesday, 19 June 2024.
The following are the operational adjustments of BCA branch offices during the weekend, holidays and Eid al-Adha 2024 collective leave:

We are ready to serve customers' transaction needs for 24 hours through digital services in the myBCA application, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and tens of thousands of BCA ATM networks. Customers can also use the cardless feature on BCA mobile and myBCA to deposit and withdraw cash at BCA ATMs without carrying a physical card. We hope that the various BCA services available can help customers fulfil their financial needs, including during the Eid al-Adha 2024 holiday and collective leave period."
During the Eid al-Adha holiday period, the public and customers who wish to open a new account can do so via BCA mobile and myBCA applications. In addition, customers can also make various transactions easily, such as payments via QRIS, top up Flazz, and pay and top up data package needs using the myBCA and BCA mobile applications. Specifically on myBCA, customers can utilize the Paylater feature to fulfill sudden needs with a later payment option. BCA Paylater service can be used by customers after first registering in the myBCA application.
For offline transactions to receive payments for Pertamina products (B2B Pertamina), customers can access them on 15 June 2024 at 9 branch offices. The nine BCA branch offices that serve offline B2B Pertamina transactions on 15 June 2024 are KCU Bandung, KCU Semarang, KCU Malang, KCU Solo Slamet Riyadi, KCU Palembang, KCU Medan, KCU Denpasar, KCU Galaxy, and KCU Kelapa Gading. Services at each branch office are carried out according to the weekend banking service time.
