Jakarta, 21 September 2023 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) hosted the 6th batch of SYNRGY Academy in collaboration with BINAR, an edutech platform that offers information technology education programs. This corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, organized by BCA, aims to develop and nurture digital talents in Indonesia by conducting an IT bootcamp program divided into classes based on participants' interests and talents.
As it enters its 6th batch, SYNRGY Academy has seen tremendous enthusiasm, receiving a total of 4,700 applicants. Out of these, 231 participants have been selected to join SYNRGY Academy classes, which cover a range of topics including Full Stack Web Development (JavaScript), UI/UX Design & Product Management, Back-End Engineering (Java), Android Engineering (Kotlin), and Quality Assurance.
In addition to receiving technical training, participants will also address community issues and be challenged to find solutions by implementing the concept of project-based learning. This approach allows participants to directly apply the knowledge they've gained.
