Jakarta, 13 March 2026 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA or the “Company”) plans to distribute interim dividends three times in 2026. The plan aligns with BCA’s commitment to delivering added value to its shareholders, particularly retail shareholders.
BCA President Director Hendra Lembong stated that distributing interim dividends more than once a year represents a new breakthrough for the Company. The interim dividend distribution is planned to be carried out on a quarterly basis.
“The quarterly interim dividend distribution is expected to provide additional cash flow for shareholders who have consistently supported us. The Company ensures that this plan is aligned with our financial condition and has received approval from the Board of Commissioners,” said Hendra Lembong.
BCA has concluded its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held at Menara BCA Grand Indonesia, Jakarta, on Thursday (12/3). One of the resolutions passed at the AGMS was related to the allocation of net profit.
In relation to the Company’s net profit for the 2025 financial year amounting to Rp57.5 trillion, the AGMS approved the allocation of the net profit, among others, for cash dividends of Rp336.00 per share.
On the other hand, BCA has also distributed a final dividend for the 2025 financial year that is higher than in previous years. For the 2025 financial year, BCA distributed total final dividends of Rp41.3 trillion, with a Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) of 72%, an increase from the 2024 financial year DPR of around 67.4%.
“We express our deepest appreciation for the trust and support from all shareholders. BCA will continue to focus on the Company’s business fundamentals while moving forward prudently in 2026,” Hendra Lembong concluded.
