Hybrid Now, BCA Welcomes Christmas and New Year with Service Excellence

Jakarta, December 15, 2021 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) always provides the best service to meet banking needs for all customers. During Christmas and New Year holidays (Christmas 2021 and New Year 2022), BCA will anticipate customer banking needs through its various channels. BCA branch offices will operate normally on weekdays during Christmas and New Year holidays.

BCA prioritizes a hybrid concept where we are ready to serve customers both online and offline. Customers can still make safe and comfortable #BankingFromHome transactions through BCA digital services, such as BCA mobile or KlikBCA. For customers who wish to make cash deposit transactions, they can make transactions at the branch offices on weekdays or use BCA Deposit-Withdrawal ATM available 24-hour a day. To anticipate customers’ cash withdrawal needs at ATM machines ahead of the Christmas and New Year holidays, BCA prepares cash of IDR 33.2 trillion, an increase of 9% compared to 2020.

Customers can also use Halo BCA application, a mobile app that can be used to contact Halo BCA through all official channels owned by Halo BCA, including Call, Chat, Email and Twitter. This Halo BCA application provides an alternative channel for customers to contact Halo BCA via VoIP Call using internet data. The VoIP Call service also makes contacting Halo BCA more convenient for customers abroad. Other features can also be used by customers abroad.

Customers can download Halo BCA application on Play Store (Android) or on the Appstore (iOS). After downloading, customers can immediately use the application. However, customers should register first to speed up the verification process when making calls.
