Supporting Quality HR Development, BCA Organizes Professional Business Ethics Training for Business Actors in Gemah Sumilir Village

Pekalongan, 7 May 2018 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is committed to serving community needs and enhancing the quality of its products and services by offering creative solutions to the customers and Indonesian people. In addition, BCA has also been proactively engaged in improving the potential of Human Resources (HR) through the Prime Business Solutin program. BCA realizes its commitment by holding a Professional Business Ethics Training for approximately 30 business actors at Gemah Sumilir village.

Attending to open the program was Head of Branch Business Development of BCA Pekalongan Titin Amelia at Hotel Horison, Pekalongan, Monday (07/05). “With this training, we hope to provide more insights into professionalism in building product and service branding, and good interpersonal relationships between business actors and consumers,” explained Titin. 

Gemah Sumilir is a village renowned for its signature batik Pekalongan handicraft, among other businesses including weaving, crafts, culinary, and so on. “As the business sphere in Gemah Sumilir expands, business partners and market penetration also grows in various groups. BCA sees the needs of professional service with due regard to the constraints on business ethics in general. Therefore, we are grateful to help the business players of Gemah Sumilir village in support of building professionalism in business,” added Titin.  

“We hope that the training will contribute to creating a professional business process and providing knowledge on business ethics in order to support a long-term relationship, and, in turn, able to create more jobs and spur the village growth that allows for prosperity of the members of the community,” Titin concluded.

Previously, BCA has been actively conducting Service Excellence Training for the local administrators of Goa Pindul Tourism Village, Pentingsari Village, Wukirsari Village, Tamansari Village, Tinggan-Bali Tourism Village. Recently, BCA also organized service excellence training for the members of tourism village in Belitung Barat. In addition to that, BCA also conducts Online Marketing Training, Leadership Training, and Team Building and Benchmarking Training at the BCA’s foster tourism villages.
