Tangerang, 25 September 2019 – As the largest private bank in Indonesia, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) not only focuses on banking services, but also on the development of Human Resources. In supporting the vision of ‘Quality Human Resources for Prosperous Indonesia’, BCA through the CSR Bakti BCA organizes a human resource development program in the form of training for integrated service staff of Maranatha Christian University. The 52 enthused staff of Maranatha Christian University participated in the training that took place at Wisma Halo BCA.
Attending the program as a speaker was Executive Vice President of Center of Digital of BCA Wani Sabu accompanied by Head of Sub-branch Office of BCA Maranatha R. Sussy Liana Dewi in Tangerang, Wednesday (25/09). Also attending the training was Deputy Rector II of Maranatha Christian University Radiant Victor Imbar.
“We believe that the growth of an institution or company is supported by superior human capital. Therefore, we consistently organize self-development programs including through training activities. It is a pleasure for us to be able to share our insights and experiences with all staff of Maranatha Christian University this time,” said Wani.
The training initiated by Bakti BCA is intended for the Student Services and Administration staff of Maranatha Christian University, Bandung. In addition to an overview of Halo BCA's best services and material on service journey in digital era, participants were also briefed on leadership and effective tips to service stakeholders. The training is expected to be implemented by the participants so as to increase service capacity and improve its quality for students of Maranatha Christian University.
Wani Sabu added that the transformation that BCA carried out in Halo BCA has modified the division orientation from what used to be a contact center to now a digital center. The transformation was a success due to its development approach that focuses on customer satisfaction. According to her, the success cannot be separated from the qualified human capital, which derived from sustainable human resource system management.
“Since HR is the most important asset of an organization, efforts must be made to achieve quality human capital. This training is expected to become a source of motivation for the staff to provide service excellence for all stakeholders and students at Maranatha Christian University,” concluded Wani.
