Appreciating Loyal Customers, Six BCA’s Directors Serve Customers on National Customer Day

Jakarta, 4 September 2019 – The National Customer Day becomes PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA)’s driving force to continue creating quality products and services for all customers throughout the nation. As of the end of June 2019, BCA had the privilege of serving 20 million customer accounts, processing millions of transactions every day through 1,246 branches, 17,688 ATMs. 

As a form of BCA’s eagerness to serve its loyal customers, BCA’s board of directors participates in serving its customers in several branches in Jakarta and the surrounding area, including:

Approximately 97% of the transactions at BCA are digital transactions. BCA’s customers feel comfortable with the convenience provided by the bank through the internet and mobile banking, and various applications, features, and non-cash payment instruments.

National Customer Day, BCA Directors Serve Customers – In celebrating National Customer Day, President Director of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) Jahja Setiaatmadja (center) accompanied by Head of BCA Regional Office VIII Haryono Wongsonegoro (right) greeted a customer as a form of gratitude for their loyalty in using BCA’s banking products and services at BCA Main Branch Office (KCU) Menara Bidakara, Wednesday (04/09).
