BCA provides health services for the community through two different clinics, namely the Duri Utara Practice in Tambora, West Jakarta; and the Bakti Medika Clinic in South Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta, in the form of public healthcare services, family planning/contraceptive services, and other medical examinations.

Since 2014, a number of 149,460 patients have received waivers for general medical treatment and family planning treatments at the two clinics. BCA also provides free health services in the form of screening for hypertension, diabetes, high blood pressure, gout, and eye examination. Over 4,000 eyeglasses have been given to patients through the social health services.
