Jakarta, 28 February 2026 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is prepared to meet the needs of cash and transactions of its customers during 2026 Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr period by allocating Rp 65.7 trillion in cash. Simultaneously, BCA continues to strengthen its digital services to cater to all its customers.
BCA has also prepared several services to facilitate the exchange of Small Denomination Notes (UPK). Throughout this year’s Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr period, customers can perform UPK exchanges at BCA branch offices across Indonesia, subject to availability at each respective branch. For these exchanges, the currency provided includes currency fit for circulation (Uang Layak Edar/ULE) and new banknotes (subject to availability).
Furthermore, BCA has mobilized nearly 150 branch offices across Indonesia to serve UPK exchanges through Bank Indonesia’s PINTAR website registration mechanism. For this specific service, customers and the general public should note the following procedures:
- Register and place an order in advance through the PINTAR application at https://pintar.bi.go.id. The UPK exchange period follows the schedule determined for each respective BCA branch office.
- Exchanges can only be conducted according to the available quota at the designated BCA branch offices.
- After receiving an exchange allocation at the chosen BCA branch office via the PINTAR website, customers may visit the branch according to the scheduled time to perform the exchange.
- During the exchange, customers and the public must bring proof of exchange (hardcopy or softcopy) and their original ID card (KTP) matching the name stated on the exchange proof.
