Jakarta, 27 January 2026 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (IDX: BBCA) and its subsidiaries recorded an increase in total loans by 7.7% year-on-year (YoY) to Rp993 trillion in December 2025. On average, BCA achieved loan growth of 10.8% throughout 2025. Loan disbursement was diversified across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, trading, restaurant, hotel, and household. This performance reflects the company’s commitment to supporting sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. On the funding side, the current and savings account (CASA) increased by 13.1% YoY to Rp1,045 trillion.

BCA’s loan portfolio grew by 9.9% YoY reaching Rp756.5 trillion as of December 2025. This growth was in line with BCA’s commitment to supporting the development of the national business landscape. Consumer loans remained solid at Rp224.1 trillion, supported by mortgages totaling Rp142.3 trillion and vehicle loans amounting to Rp56.6 trillion. BCA also began supporting the distribution of subsidized mortgages (FLPP for private banks) starting in October 2025. The growth in other consumer loans (predominantly credit cards) reached 9.8% YoY to Rp25.2 trillion. BCA’s loan quality remained solid, as reflected in the improvement of the loan at risk (LAR) ratio to 4.8%, compared with 5.3% in the previous year. The non-performing loan (NPL) ratio was maintained at 1.7%, supported by adequate NPL and LAR provisioning of 183.8% and 71.6%, respectively.
Sustainable finance portfolio grew by 11.7% YoY, reaching Rp255 trillion as of December 2025, equivalent to 25.8% of total loans. This was supported by a significant increase in financing to the New and Renewable Energy sector, which doubled YoY to Rp6.2 trillion. In addition, electric vehicle loans recorded 53% YoY growth reaching Rp3.6 trillion. BCA has introduced the Kartini Multipurpose Business Credit program, offering special interest rates starting from 3.21% eff. p.a., to support women entrepreneur communities. As of December 2025, BCA had more than 43,000 female borrowers. BCA also undertook various initiatives to reduce carbon emissions, including waste management from operational activities totaling up to 657 tons. These efforts were carried out alongside other sustainability initiatives such as digitalization, green buildings, and nature conservation, with the potential to reduce operational emissions by up to 5,575 tCO₂eq (tons of CO₂ equivalent).
As of December 2025, total third-party funds rose 10.2% YoY to Rp1,249 trillion. The total number of BCA transactions in 2025 increased by 17% YoY, to 42 billion. At its peak, BCA processed nearly 300 million transactions in a single day. Transaction frequency via mobile and internet banking grew by 19% YoY. BCA’s net interest income rose by 4.1% YoY, while non-interest income increased by 16% YoY. Overall, total operating income grew by 5.4% YoY. The cost-to-income ratio improved, supporting overall performance and contributing to a 4.9% growth in net profit, amounted to Rp57.5 trillion.

During 2025, BCA garnered numerous accolades, including being recognized by the international media Newsweek as World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2025 No. 1 in the Banking Sector for the third year in a row. In addition, Forbes once again named BCA the World’s Best Bank in Indonesia, marking its second consecutive recognition. Bakti BCA collaborated with the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) to reach disaster-affected areas in Sumatra, providing humanitarian aid, constructing clean water wells, and developing sanitation facilities to support post-disaster recovery. In the education sector, BCA has provided scholarships to 8,500 students through 2025. The BCA Berbagi Ilmu program has engaged more than 16,000 participants up to last year. Supporting the government’s efforts to eliminate stunting, BCA contributed to the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) program for the third consecutive year, with a total value of USD 1 million. As of December 2025, 61 MSMEs assisted by Bakti BCA had agreements and export potential worth Rp261 billion through business matching facilitated by the company. The Desa Bakti BCA initiative generated market access revenue of Rp5.2 billion by 2025. In the environmental area, up to 2025, Bakti BCA has restored 11 water sources and planted over 242,000 tree seedlings across Indonesia. Approximately 63,000 baby turtles were released from hatcheries, and 57 orangutans were rehabilitated. In the cultural front, 125 weavers from NTT, Baduy, and North Sumatra received training in natural-dye traditional textiles. Bakti BCA also launched the Genera-Z Berbakti program, allowing university students to live in Bakti BCA assisted villages for one month. Four student groups from different universities were selected as winners and developed initiatives that positively impacted the local communities in the first batch of Genera-Z Berbakti.
