Jakarta, 11 March 2025 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is ready to meet the needs of cash and customer transactions during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 2025 by allocating Rp70.22 trillion in cash. At the same time, BCA is also strengthening its digital services, especially during the Ramadan and Eid periods. The amount of cash prepared by BCA increased by 4% compared to the realization in the same period in 2024, in line with the projected increase in consumption activities of the public and small businesses, as well as increased demand for flexible banking services.
To anticipate the increase in transactions and distribution of money to the public, BCA has prepared a number of services that can facilitate customers and ensure the fulfillment of customer needs to exchange money. Throughout the Ramadan period until Eid al-Fitr this year, customers can exchange cash according to the availability of each branch throughout Indonesia.
During March 24-27, 2025, there are 15 Main Branch Offices (KCU) that are alerted by BCA to serve the exchange of Small Fractional Money (UPK) in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok and Bekasi (Jabodebek) areas as follows:

Money exchange at the 15 KCUs above can be done as follows:
- Register and make a reservation in advance through the PINTAR application https://pintar.bi.go.id. Reservations can be made starting March 23, 2025 at 09.00 WIB.
- Exchange can only be done according to the quota available at the specified branch.
- Once the customer has been allocated an exchange at the branch selected on the PINTAR application, the customer can come to the branch as scheduled to make the exchange.

During Ramadan, BCA also adjusts the operating hours of all branch offices until 14:30 local time. In addition to physical services, BCA is also strengthening its digital services to fulfill customers' transaction needs for 24 hours through the myBCA application, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and the BCA ATM network which can be easily accessed by customers anytime and anywhere.
