The tangible manifestation of this commitment has also succeeded in bringing BCA back to make achievements in The 2021 Marketeers OMNI Brands of the Year event.
The award was given virtually by Marketeers as the organizer of The 2021 Marketeers OMNI Brands of the Year to BCA SVP of Marketing Communication Norisa Saifuddin on Thursday (09/09) which was broadcast live on Youtube.

Marketeers OMNI Brands of the Year is an award event held by MarkPlus, Inc., a marketing consulting firm that was founded in 1990 by Hermawan Kartajaya and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This award is an appreciation from MarkPlus, Inc. for brands that have succeeded in creating an omnichannel marketing strategy approach or in other words, it can combine various elements such as online and offline customer services, especially in marketing activities, as well as other elements.
This year is the second time for BCA to receive this award. ''This award is expected to be our motivation to keep improving knowledge and awareness for the community, especially in financial matters. It can also increase brand awareness and customer engagement between BCA and the community," concluded Norisa.
