Virtual Account BCA is a facility provided to Company Partners to identify incoming funds from transactions made by their customers using a Virtual Account BCA number.

Virtual Account BCA number may be determined by the Company Partner and provided to customers who have payment obligations to the Company Partner.

Fees and LImits


Fees

  • Transaction fees are charges imposed on Company Partners for Virtual Account transactions that have been successfully settled to the Company Partner. The applicable fee amount is determined based on the type of Virtual Account service and the nature of the Company Partner’s business, and is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) as follows.

  • Virtual Account BCA transaction fees will be debited by BCA from the settlement account in bulk for the total number of transactions occurring within one day (with the cut-off time following BCA’s batch processing time) on each calendar day or at such other time as determined by BCA in accordance with its prevailing regulations, which shall be notified to the Company Partner in any form and through any means in compliance with applicable laws.

Simulation

  • Below is a simulation of transaction fees for Virtual Account BCA partnership.
    If a Company Partner with BCA Virtual Account facilities records 10 successful transactions in a single day (with the cut-off time following BCA’s batch processing time), BCA will debit the Company Partner’s account for the total transaction fees plus VAT calculated on the transaction fees.

      2. VAT Rate*: 11%
      3. Number of Transactions: 10 successful transactions in one day.

      The total fee for Virtual Account BCA partnership, which will be debited by BCA from the Company Partner’s account for 10 successful transactions, is IDR 27,750 (including VAT).

    The daily transaction limit for Virtual Account BCA is cumulative, meaning that the available limit will decrease based on the transaction amount or the number of transactions made, depending on the applicable transaction category.

Important Information


Key Features

  • Virtual Account BCA Number consists of a maximum of 23 digits, where the first 5 digits are a code provided by BCA as the Company Partner’s identification code, and the remaining digits may be determined by the Company Partner as a transaction or customer identifier. Please note that the total length of this number cannot exceed 10 digits.
  • Virtual Account BCA Number represents Customer data consisting of the Customer’s name, the amount and description of the Customer’s obligations, and other Customer details prepared by the Company Partner.
  • There are several types of Virtual Accounts that Company Partners may choose according to their needs, namely:
    • Virtual Account BCA
      BCA Virtual Account is a facility provided to Company Partners to identify incoming funds from transactions made by their customers using a Virtual Account BCA number.
    • Virtual Account BCA Online (BCA VA Online)
      Virtual Account BCA numbers and customer data are managed directly by Company Partners. Company Partners must have an automated system that is online (24/7) and integrated with BCA’s system (either directly or through an IT Gateway*) in order to process transactions using Virtual Account BCA numbers
      Note:
      *) IT Gateway is a party that enters into a cooperation agreement with the Facility Recipient and has been approved by BCA to assist in the integration between BCA’s system and the Facility Recipient’s system in connection with the provision of BCA VA Online facilities by BCA to the Facility Recipient.
  • The currencies available for Virtual Account BCA transactions are IDR, USD, and SGD.
  • The minimum transaction amount is IDR 10,000 and may be adjusted according to the Company Partner’s needs.
  • Virtual Account BCA transaction acceptance is available in 3 billing types, namely:
  • Billing Type Description
    Bill Fixed Amount The billing amount is displayed to customers on the transaction channel screen, and customers are required to make the payment in the full billed amount.
    Bill Variable Amount The billing amount is displayed to customers on the transaction channel screen; however, customers may determine the amount to be paid.
    No Bill No billing amount is displayed to customers, and customers may determine the payment amount.
  • Virtual Account BCA transactions can be conducted through:
    • e-channel BCA (including but not limited to ATM BCA, KlikBCA Individua KlikBCA Bisnis, BCA mobile, myBCA, BCA API, and other channels as may be announced by BCA)
    • ATM BCA using cash funds
    • Counter (BCA Branches)
    • Other banks/financial institutions (BI-FAST/LLG/RTGS, online switching transfers, inward remittances)
    • Other parties in collaboration with BCA
      Note:
      • Transactions via ATM BCA using cash and over-the-counter (BCA branch) services are provided based on the Company Partner’s needs and BCA’s analysis.
      • Payments made over the counter at BCA branches will be subject to an administration fee of IDR 5,000 per transaction.
  • Settlement or crediting of funds from Virtual Account BCA transactions will be made to the Settlement Account registered by the Company Partner in the Virtual Account BCA Facility Form or the Virtual Account BCA Online Facility Form.
  • Virtual Account BCA transaction reports may be obtained by the Company Partner through:
    • The Virtual Account BCA Report menu on the business channel (KlikBCA Bisnis/myBCA Bisnis)
    • Email*
    • Service Secure File Transfer Protocol (STFP)*
    • File Transfer Host to Host ERP Integration – HEI*
    • Other methods provided by BCA
      Note:

      *) In accordance with customer needs and BCA’s suitability assessment.

  • Virtual Account BCA transaction reports will be available for 10 (ten) calendar days after the settlement process.
  • Specifically for Virtual Account BCA Online, there are additional facilities that may be selected as follows:
  • Additional Facilities Description
    Multi Bill*) A facility that allows customers to select and pay multiple bills using a single VA number.
    Multi Settlement**) A facility that allows Company Partners to receive fund credits into multiple account numbers for customer transactions made using a single VA number.
    Refund VA A facility to support the process of refunding funds to customers automatically through API. This facility incurs a fee per refund (contact BCA for further information).
    VA Seamless***) This facility provides a link in the Company Partner application that directs users to the BCA VA payment page on the BCA Channel.

    Notes:
    *) The Multi Bill facility must be combined with the Multi Settlement facility and is only applicable to the Bill Fixed Amount billing type.
    **) The Multi Settlement crediting mechanism may only be selected for the Bill Fixed Amount or Bill Variable Amount billing types.
    ***) Company Partners must comply with the security standards established by BCA for the systems and applications used in this facility.

  • Transaction status can be easily monitored through the transaction status check feature on the business channel. Specifically for Virtual Account BCA Online, Company Partners receive online and real-time transaction status notifications.

  • Transaction reports are available daily to customers via BCA e-channels or other methods such as email, SFTP, and HEI (based on customer needs and BCA’s suitability analysis).

Risks

The following potential risks may arise depending on the type of service selected:

  1. Failure to upload billing data due to format incompatibility.
  2. Incompatibility of BCA Virtual Account transactions due to negligence on the part of the transaction perpetrator, such as an incorrect Virtual Account number.
Virtual Account BCA Online
  1. Transaction failure due to online messaging format incompatibility.
  2. Disconnection (connection timeout) between BCA and the Company Partner, which may result in discrepancies between the Company Partner’s transaction data and the Virtual Account BCA transaction report.
  3. Transaction failure caused by negligence, such as entering an incorrect Virtual Account BCA number.

Requirements and Procedures

  • Company Partner must be a business entity..
  • Must have a BCA account in the name of the Company Partner for settlement purposes.
  • Has KlikBCA Bisnis/myBCA Bisnis facilities
  • Submits an application for BCA Virtual Account/Virtual Account BCA Online cooperation through a BCA Branch, Relationship Manager, or OCEAN by BCA, and completes and approves the form according to the selected service.
  • The Company Partner will receive a Virtual Account Company Code.
  • Specifically for the BCA Virtual Account service type, the Company Partner is required to:
    • Process the registration, change, addition, and/or deletion of Customer Data by uploading Customer Data in the form of a text file with the format specified by BCA through:
      • KlikBCA Bisnis
      • myBCA Bisnis, or
      • other means provided by BCA
    • Customer Data can only be uploaded on Calendar Days until 17:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB
    • If for some reason KlikBCA Bisnis, myBCA Bisnis, or other means provided by BCA are not functioning, the Company Partner can:
      • contact the Coordinating Branch to register, change, add, and/or delete Customer Data.
      • send Customer Data to be uploaded in the form of a text file with the content, format, and file name specified by BCA on Business Days before 2:00 p.m. WIB.
  • Specifically for the Virtual Account BCA Online service type, Company Partners are required to:
    • Perform development, testing, and network configuration.
    • Perform API integration with BCA.
    • Develop services and utilize the BCA API for Virtual Account BCA facilities.

Additional Information

  • Company Partners are required to explain to customers how to conduct transactions.
  • Company Partners may receive offers for other products from parties outside BCA that collaborate with BCA, provided that Company Partners give their consent to BCA to share their data with such parties.
  • Company Partners may receive offers for Bank products and/or services, as well as products and/or services from other parties that collaborate with BCA via personal communication channels, provided that Company Partners give their consent to BCA to receive such offers through these channels.
  • BCA does not issue passbooks, cards, or other proof of ownership for Virtual Account BCA.
  • BCA reserves the right to change the benefits, fees, risks, and terms and conditions of this Product and/or Service. BCA will inform the Company Partner of any such changes in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable regulations, no later than 30 (thirty) Business Days before the changes take effect.
