Business Debit Card

Business Debit Card (BDC) is a card-based facility offered to business Customers to make it easier for them to manage their financial activities, including the management of incoming and outgoing cash flow, both for internal company transactions and for providing rewards/loyalty benefits to their partners/customers.

  • The Business Debit Card offers 3 types of cards with distinct features, namely:

    • Designed for internal company needs for transactions:

    Terms and Procedures

    • The Business Debit Card (BDC) facility is intended for business Customers in the form of non-individual entities that meet the following criteria:
      • The non-individual Customer must operate in business sectors where the BDC facility is needed to support operations or provide rewards/loyalty benefits to its customers.
      • The Customer’s business activities must not fall within the category of prohibited business activities, such as:
        • Trading goods/services that infringe intellectual property rights.
        • Engaging in activities related to pornography, violence, illegal drug trafficking, gambling, and other activities that violate norms of law and decency.
        • Operating a business and/or existing as a business entity that is illegal and/or banned by regulatory authorities
    • Application requirements for the BDC facility:
      • The Customer must register an account owned by the Customer as the source of funds for the BDC card, in the form of a Rupiah Current Account, Tabungan Prestasi or Tahapan Gold account.
      • The Customer must have a KlikBCA Bisnis/myBCA Bisnis/KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated-Solution/Host to Host ERP Integration (HEI), subject to the following additional requirements:
        • The Customer using the Host to Host ERP Integration mechanism must be willing to establish the network infrastructure and Host to Host ERP Integration system based on BCA’s Technical Specification Document.
        • For BDC applications with a closed loop feature, the Customer needs to register for a Merchant ID (MID)/Merchant Code Category (MCC), which will be used for their BDC transactions.
    • The Customer must fill out and accept the terms outlined in specific application forms, which include:
      • Application Form for Business Debit Card Facility (IND/Bilingual)
      • Terms and Conditions for BCA Business Debit Card (IND/Bilingual)
      • Application Form for KlikBCA Bisnis or Application Form for KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated Solution, if the Customer does not already have either the KlikBCA Bisnis or the KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated-Solution.
    • The Customer must appoint a Coordinating Branch to assist with the BDC facility.

    Main Features

    • The company’s account with account types such as the Rupiah Current Account, Tahapan Gold, and Tabungan Prestasi can serve as the source of funds for BDC transactions and facility fees.
    • The company’s account can be linked to the BDC facility with no limit on the number of cards.
    • The Business Debit Card offers 3 types of cards with distinct features, namely:
      1. Deposit Card
      2. Petty Cash Card
      3. Loyalty Card
    • A Closed Loop feature is available for facilities with Petty Cash Cards and Loyalty Cards, allowing transactions to be restricted to specific merchants (EDCs) only according to the Customer's preferences.
    • It is possible to request a card with a special design (Co-Branding).

    Benefits

      • Deposit Card to provide convenience in making cash deposits into the Company account.
      • Petty Cash Card with GPN variant for ease of managing cash out with transactions through BCA channels and other domestic parties channels.
      • Loyalty Card with GPN variant for easy fulfillment of rewards/loyalty for the Company's loyal customers and can be used for transactions through BCA channels or other domestic parties channels.
    • The BDC card design may be customized at the Customer’s request (Co-Branding).
    • Ensured transaction security through the use of a PIN for each transaction, customization of transaction features according to the company’s needs, and ability for the company to adjust limits via BCA e-channels (KlikBCA Bisnis/myBCA Bisnis/KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated-Solution/Host to Host ERP Integration (HEI)).

    Risks

    The BDC card may be misused if it is lost due to the Cardholder's negligence. Therefore, the Cardholder must ensure the security of the card and maintain the confidentiality of the PIN.

    Additional Information

    • The Customer (through the designated PIC) can manage the BDC card (request a card, delete a card, set limits, etc.) via BCA channels, namely KlikBCA Bisnis/myBCA Bisnis/KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated-Solution/Host to Host ERP Integration (HEI).
    • The account to be registered must not be a joint account with the status of either “ATAU/OR” or “DAN/AND”.
    • BDC cards have a validity period which can be seen on the physical BDC card.
    • The Customers can submit complaints or inquiries about the BDC facility via the contact information provided in the Product and/or Service Information Summary.
    • BDC facility statements are only valid for 1 year from the current month. The Customer can download the statements via BCA channels, namely KlikBCA Bisnis/myBCA Bisnis/KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated-Solution/Host to Host ERP Integration (HEI).
    • In addition to the BCA channels, there are available services to manage the BDC Cards via API BCA which can be requested through a separate API BCA cooperation aggreement. The following are the API BCA services that can be used:
      1. Setting Limit BDC
      2. Change BDC Status
      3. Inquiry BDC Data
      4. BDC Transaction Notification
    • Payment transactions cannot be processed if the card limit or account balance is insufficient.
    • BCA must notify the Customer of any changes to the benefits, fees and charges, risks, including the terms and conditions for this Product and/or Service by letter or other means in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Such notice will be provided 30 (thirty) business days before the effective date of the change.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BCA BUSINESS DEBIT CARD
    PT BANK CENTRAL ASIA TBK (“BCA”)

    A. Definitions

    1. BCA Business Debit Card (“the “Card”) is a card with the following types:
      1. Deposit Card issued by BCA at the request of a Facility Recipient which can be used by Cardholders to make deposit transactions through BCA’s Automated Teller Machines (ATM’s) and/or other means determined by BCA and notified by BCA to the Facility Recipient in any form and through any means in accordance with prevailing legal provisions.
      2. Petty Cash Card or Loyalty Card issued by BCA at the request of the Facility Recipient to be given to business partners and/or other parties determined by the Facility Recipient which can be used by the Cardholders to make cash withdrawal transactions and transfer funds to accounts at BCA through BCA ATM machines or BCA branch offices and/or payment transactions through BCA’s Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines, other parties’ EDC machines, and/or other means detemined by BCA with a certain balance limit set by the Facility Recipient.
    2. Cardholder’s Data is the data/information regarding the Cardholder such as name, identity card number, telephone number, email address, and Identification Code of the Cardholder.
    3. Closed Loop Facility (Restriction of Transaction) is a facility available for the Facility Recipient who have a Card with the type of Petty Cash Card or Loyalty Card to restrict the use of the Card only at certain merchants appointed by the Facility
    4. Calendar Days are Monday to
    5. Business Days are the days on which banks in Indonesia generally carry out their banking operations and clearing activities.
    6. Identification Code is a unique code of a Cardholder made by the Facility Recipient which can only be connected to 1 (one) Card.
    7. Reports are daily reports containing the recapitulation of Card transactions, Card status, and Cardholder’s Data.
    8. Cardholder is an individual, business entity, and/or legal entity appointed by the Facility Recipient to receive and use the Card including carrying out transactions using the Card.
    9. Card Settings is setting of the transaction limit of the Card, setting the period of use of the Card’s transaction limit, and setting the Cardholder’s Data on the Card by the Facility Recipient.
    10. Account of Facility Recipient is an account in the name of the Facility Recipient or an account held by other parties at BCA appointed by the Facility Recipient as:
      1. the account for crediting deposit transactions using the Deposit Card;
      2. the account used as the source of funds for Transaction using the Petty Cash Card/Loyalty Card;
    11. Terms and Conditions are this terms and condition of BCA Business Debit Card PT Bank Central Asia
    12. Transaction are the transactions of depositing funds, withdrawing cash, transferring funds, and/or other transactions determined by the Facility Recipient with due observance of the prevailing provisions at BCA.
    13. Facility Recipient is a legal entity and/or business entity that receives BCA Business Debit Card facility from BCA.

    B. Card Design

    1. The Card will be made according to the design determined by BCA or determined by the Facility Recipient with written approval from BCA.
    2. Each type of Card can only use 1 (one) Card
    3. The Facility Recipient is prohibited from using name/trademark/brand/image/Intellectual Property Rights belonging to other party without the consent of such party and/or in a way that is contrary to the prevailing law.
    4. The Facility Recipient is fully responsible for all consequences arising in connection with the use of the design on the Card. The Facility Recipient hereby releases BCA from all kinds of claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions in any form and from any party in connection with the use of the design on the Card as referred to in this Terms and Conditions and hereby binds itself to compensate for all losses suffered by BCA in connection with that matter.
    5. The printing of the Cardholders’ names on the front side of the Card (if any) will be determined by the Facility Recipient. All consequences that arise in connection with the printing of such names shall be the responsibility of the Facility Recipient.
    6. The design of the front side of the Card can only be changed with the written agreement between the Facility Recipient and BCA.
    7. If at a later date the Facility Recipient and BCA agree to change the design of the front side of the Card, then the new design that has been agreed upon by the Facility Recipient and BCA must be submitted when the Facility Recipient submits the Card order to BCA.

    C. Card Order

    The Facility Recipient hereby binds itself to BCA to order Cards with the quantity as stated in the BCA Business Debit Card Facility Form.

    D. Fees

    1. With regards to the provision of the Cards as referred to in these Terms and Conditions, the Facility Recipient is required to pay the following fees to BCA:
      1. Card order fee;
      2. monthly administration fee for active and inactive Cards; and
      3. other fees that will be notified by BCA to the Facility Recipient in any forms and through any means in accordance with prevailing laws.
    2. The fees mentioned above will be directly debited by BCA from the account designated by the Facility Recipient at BCA.

    3. BCA reserves the right to change the fee of Card order, administration fee, and other fees as referred to in these Terms and Conditions which will be notified by BCA to the Facility Recipient in any form and through any means in accordance with the prevailing laws.

    E. Payments

    1. The fee of Card order as referred to in point D number 1 of these Terms and Conditions must be paid by the Facility Recipient to BCA. For the Card with a design that has been determined by BCA, the payment must be made when the Facility Recipient submits a request for Card printing. For the Cards with a design determined by the Facility Recipient with the approval of BCA, the payment must be made no later than 3 (three) Business Days as of the date of signing the BCA Business Debit Card Facility Form.
    2. The monthly administration fee for the Card must be paid by the Facility Recipient to BCA at a time determined by BCA which will be notified to the Facility Recipient in any form and through any means in accordance with prevailing laws.
    3. The payment of fee of Card Order and monthly administration fees will be made by BCA debiting the account designated by the Facility Recipient.

    F. Card Printing Application

    1. The Facility Recipient submits a Card printing request to BCA via host to host facility, myBCA Bisnis, KlikBCA Bisnis, KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated Solution, or other means determined by BCA.
    2. The submission of a Card printing request can only be made on Business Days by taking into account the applicable deadline for the submission of Card printing request at BCA which is 18:00 West Indonesian Time (WIB) or other deadlines as to be notified by BCA to the Facility Recipient in any form and through any means in accordance with the prevailing laws.
    3. The submission of the Card printing request must contain at least the following data:
      1. the quantity of the Cards; and
      2. the text to be printed on the
    4. BCA reserves the right to determine the maximum number of Card printing requests submitted by the Facility Recipient for each Business Day. The maximum number of Card printing requests for each Business Day is 500 (five hundred) BCA has the right to change the said numbers which will be notified in any form and through any means in accordance with the prevailing laws.
    5. The Facility Recipient must ensure and be responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided by the Facility Recipient to BCA in submitting the Card printing request. All consequences arising from errors in the data shall be the full responsibility of the Facility Recipient.
    6. If within a period of 1 (one) year from the Card order as stated in the BCA Business Debit Card Facility Form, there are still remaining Cards that have naot been submitted for printing to BCA, accordingly BCA has the right to destroy the unprinted Cards and the fee of Card order that has been paid by the Facility Recipient to BCA remains the right of BCA and cannot be refunded to the Facility Recipient.

    G. Authentication Code

    1. BCA will provide an authentication code as the initial code for the activation of each Card.
    2. The authentication code will be sent by BCA to the Facility Recipient via host to host facility, myBCA Bisnis, KlikBCA Bisnis, KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated Solution, or other means determined by BCA.
    3. The authentication code is generated by the system automatically and is unique per Card.
    4. The Facility Recipient is required to download the authentication code within the time period determined by BCA. All consequences arising as result of the Facility Recipient does not download or late in downloading the authentication code, including but not limited to and/or activating the Card at the specified time shall be the full responsibility of the Facility Recipient.
    5. The Facility Recipient is required to inform:
      1. to the Cardholders the authentication code for the purpose of Card activation and the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the authentication code; and
      2. to BCA the Card data that has not been activated within period of 6 (six) months after the authentication code was sent by BCA.
    6. Any consequences of the misuse of the authentication codes mentioned above shall be the full responsibility of the Facility Recipient.

    H. Delivery and Distribution of Cards and Socialization to Cardholders

    1. BCA will deliver the Card at the destination designated by the Facility Recipient or a designated BCA branch office in accordance with the agreement between BCA and the Facility
    2. At the time of handing over the Card, the Facility Recipient is required to check the Card to ensure that the Card is in good condition and usable.
    3. In the event that the Cards handed over by BCA to the Facility Recipient are in damaged condition and the said damages can be proven not to have been caused by the actions/negligence of the Facility Recipient or the Cardholders, then:
      1. The Facility Recipient must send a written notification of the damages to BCA;
      2. BCA will refund the Card order fee for a number of Cards that have been paid by the Facility Recipient to BCA, in an amount equal to the prices of the number of Cards multiplied by the number of damaged Cards, as long as the written notification of the Card damage has been received by BCA within a period of no later than 7 (seven) Business Days from the date of receipt of the Card by the Facility Recipient. BCA has the right to refuse any requests for reimbursement of the fee of damaged Card order received by BCA after the expiration of the said period.
    4. The distribution of the cards will be carried out by the Facility Recipient. The Facility Recipient is required to notify the Cardholder of the authentication code and request the Cardholder to activate the Card immediately using the intended authentication code and create Card Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) at BCA ATM machine.
    5. The Card cannot be used (expired) after a certain period of time which will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with the prevailing laws, therefore the Facility Recipient must distribute the Card before the said period has
    6. All consequences arising in connection with the inability to use the Card due to distribution that has passed the time period as referred to in number 5 point H shall become the full responsibility of the Facility If there are still obligations of the Facility Recipient to the Cardholder that have not been settled, the Facility Recipient is required to settle his/her obligations to the Cardholder. BCA will not replace the unusable Card.
    7. The Facility Recipient is required to conduct socialization to explain and elaborate the features, benefits, risks, and Card usage methods to the Cardholder as well as the limit and the Transaction limit usage period.
    8. The Facility Recipient and BCA agree that if the Card is lost due to the Cardholder’s negligence, the Facility Recipient and BCA are not responsible for replacing the Card or for the use of the Transaction limit on the Card.

    I. Card Settings

    1. The Facility Recipient can make Card Settings through host to host facility, myBCA Bisnis, KlikBCA Bisnis, KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated Solution, or other means determined by BCA.
    2. Card Settings activities consist of:
      1. Card transaction limit settings;
      2. period of use of the Card transaction limit settings; and
      3. Cardholder’s Data settings; with due observance of the provisions that applicable at BCA.
    3. The data that can be inputted by the Facility Recipient related to the Cardholder’s Data setting activity as referred to in number 2 point I is limited to data as described in the table as follows:

    5. The Facility Recipient is prohibited from inputting data in Card Settings activities other than the data described in number 3 point I of the Terms and Conditions without prior written approval from

The Facility Recipient is required to input Cardholder’s Data on host to host facility, myBCA Bisnis, KlikBCA Bisnis, KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated Solution, or other means determined by BCA before the Card is distributed by the Facility Recipient to Cardholder. The said Cardholder’s Data can be used for Cardholder’s verification purposes if BCA receives complaint from the Cardholder. All consequences arising from not providing the Cardholder’s Data shall be the full responsibility of the Facility Recipient.
    7. Card Settings can be made on any Calendar Day at a time determined by BCA which will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with prevailing laws.
    8. The Facility Recipient must ensure and be responsible for the truthfullness and accuracy of the data inputted in the process of Card Settings. All consequences arising in connection with the Card Settings made by the Facility Recipient shall be the full responsibility of the Facility Recipient.

    I. Reports

    1. Reports are given to the Facility Recipient through host to host facility, myBCA Bisnis, KlikBCA Bisnis, KlikBCA Bisnis Integrated Solution, or other facilities provided by BCA in accordance with the agreement between the Facility Recipient and
    2. BCA reserves the right to change the means of providing Reports to Facility Recipient at any The change will be notified by BCA to the Facility Recipient in any forms and through any means in accordance with the prevailing laws..

    K. Obligation for Availability of Funds in the Account of the Facility Recipient

    1. The Facility Recipient is required to provide sufficient funds in the Facility Recipient's Account for transaction purposes using Petty Cash Cards and/or Loyalty Cards,
    2. All consequences arising from the unavailability of funds or the non-debitability of the Facility Recipient's Account for the use of the Petty Cash Cards and/or Loyalty Cards shall be the full responsibility of the Facility Recipient. The Facility Recipient hereby releases BCA from all claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions arising from any parties with regards to this matter.

    L. Account and Card Usage

    1. In the event that the Facility Recepient is a business entity and/or legal entity, 1(one) Account of Facility Recipient can only be used for 1 (one) type of Card without any limitation on the number of Cards and can only be used as:
      1. the account for crediting deposit transactions using the Deposit Card;
      2. the account used as the source of fund for Transaction using the Petty Cash Card; or
      3. the account used as the source of fund for Transaction using the Loyalty Card.
    2. One Card can only be connected to 1 (one) Account of Facility Recipient. The Card that have been connected to 1 (one) Account of Facility Recipient cannot be connected to another account of Facility Recipient.
    3. With due observance of the provisions of number 1 point L above, in the event that the Facility Recipient submits an application for the Closed Loop Facility (Restriction of Transaction), the Facility Recipient must designate 1 (one) Account of Facility Recipient which may only be used specifically for processing the Transaction related to the Closed Loop Facility (Restriction of Transaction) and registering data of the merchants appointed to receive Transaction related to the Closed Loop Facility (Restriction of Transaction), including Merchant ID (MID) or Merchant Category Code (MCC), when submitting an application for the Closed Loop Facility (Restriction of Transaction) to BCA.
    4. The Facility Recipient is required to ensure that the Account of Facility Recipient and the Card shall be used according to its function and shall not be used for money laundering purposes or for conducting other transactions that violate the prevailing laws.
    5. Every time using the Card, the Cardholder must enter the personal password numbers or Personal Identification Number (PIN) created by the Cardholder. All consequences of the misuse of the PIN shall be the full responsibility of the Facility
    6. Use of the Card PIN at BCA ATM machines, BCA EDC machines, pinpad machines available at BCA branch offices and/or other facilities determined by BCA, has the same legal force as a written order signed by the Facility Recipient.
    7. To be able to make transactions using a BDC Card, the Facility Recipient must first register the type of Transaction using a BDC Card to BCA.
    8. The use of the account and the Card is subject to the provisions applicable to BCA and the provisions governing all services or facilities and transactions covered by the Card.

    M. Authorization for Debiting the Account of Facility Recipient

    1. The Facility Recipient hereby authorizes BCA to debit the Account of Facility Recipient and/or other accounts belonging to the Facility Recipient at BCA for the purposes of payment of fees as referred to in points D and E of these Terms and Conditions and/or the fulfillment of other Facility Recipient's obligations to BCA in connection with the granting and the use of the Card.
    2. The authorization granted by the Facility Recipient as referred to in these Terms and Conditions may not expire for any reason, including for reasons as referred to in Articles 1813, 1814, and 1816 of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUH Perdata) as long as the Facility Recipient still has obligations to BCA in connection with the use of the Card by the Facility Recipient.

    N. Promotion and Publication

    1. BCA has the right to conduct promotions and publications to all parties, both Cardholders and non-Cardholders in connection with the provisions of BCA Business Debit Card facilities as referred to in these Terms and Conditions.
    2. BCA has the right to use the designs, logos, names, slogans, and trademarks of the Facility Recipient for the purposes of publishing BCA Business Debit Card facility.
    3. The Facility Recipient has the right to conduct promotions and publications to all parties, both Cardholders and non-Cardholders in connection with the provisions of BCA Business Debit Card facilities as referred to in these Terms and Conditions provided that such promotions and publications including promotional materials and publications must first obtain written consent from

    O. Intellectual Property Rights

    1. The names, logos, brands, and all other intellectual property rights owned by BCA remain the property of BCA.
    2. The names, logos, brands, and all other types of intellectual property rights owned by the Facility Recipient remain the property of the Facility
    3. Facility Recipient is prohibited from using BCA's names, logos, brands or any other intellectual property rights without prior written consent from

    P. Complaint Handling

    1. Grievances/complaints to BCA regarding the use of the Card can be submitted by the Facility Recipient or the Cardholder through HALO BCA hotline.
    2. For grievances/complaints related to Transaction from Cardholder:
      1. BCA will submit grievance/complaint related to the use of the Card submitted by the Cardholder via e-mail or through other means in accordance with the applicable provisions at BCA in the form of a recapitulation of complaints to the Facility Recipient;
      2. The Facility Recipient must follow up on the complaint within a maximum of 3 (three) Business Days after receiving the recapitulation of complaints from BCA;
      3. BCA will help provide the information needed by the Facility Recipient to resolve the Cardholder’s complaint.
    3. All complaints from the Cardholders beyond the matters relating to the Transaction shall be the full responsibility of the Facility Recipient and will be handled and resolved by the Facility Recipient.
    4. For grievances/complaints related to lost or damaged Card, BCA will block the Card of the Cardholders as long as the data submitted by the Cardholder to BCA is the same as the Cardholder’s Data recorded at BCA.
    5. If the Card have been blocked by BCA, are lost or damaged, while there are still transaction limit on the cards is used, then:
      1. The Cardholder can visit the nearest Facility Recipient’s branch office and fill out the complaint form provided by the Facility Recipient (for damaged Card, the Cardholder are required to submit the said physical damaged Card);
      2. The authorized officer of Facility Recipient at the Facility Recipient’s branch office must immediately follow up the complaint form and provide a copy of the complaint form to the Cardholder;
      3. In the event that the Facility Recipient issues new Card as the replacement for the Card that has been blocked or damaged, the Facility Recipient may submit requests for new Card and must set the transaction limit for the new Card through the process of Card Settings as referred to in these Terms and Conditions. Upon request for the new Card, the Facility Recipient will be charged Card order fee in accordance with the applicable provisions at BCA.

    I. Audit

    The Facility Recipient is required to grant permission to the internal/external auditor appointed by Bank Indonesia (the central bank of the Republic of Indonesia) and/or the Financial Services Authority and/or the internal/external auditor appointed by BCA to conduct audit or examination and the Facility Recipient is required to provide all information related to the provision of BCA Business Debit Card facility.

    J. Force Majeure

    The Facility Recipient hereby releases BCA from all claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions in any form for the delay and/or failure of BCA to fulfill its obligations related to the provision of the BCA Business Debit Card facility if the said delay and/or failure is caused by the events or causes beyond the control or capability of BCA including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, wars, riots, sabotage, system disturbances, electricity disturbances, telecommunications disturbances, epidemics disease, and government policies.

    S. Dispute Settlement

    1. If there is a dispute regarding the implementation of these Terms and Conditions, the Facility Recipient and BCA agree to resolve the dispute
    2. Any disputes or differences of opinion that cannot be resolved amicably by the Facility Recipient and BCA will be resolved through banking facilitation at Bank Indonesia (the central bank of the Republic of Indonesia) or the Financial Services Authority or mediation conducted through Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution listed in the List of Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution determined by the Financial Services Authority.
    3. Any disputes or differences of opinion that cannot be resolved either through amicable discussion, banking facilitation, and/or mediation as referred to in number 2 point S above will be resolved through the Central Jakarta District Court, without prejudice to BCA's right to file lawsuit or claim through other District Courts within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

    T. Duration

    1. BCA has the right to terminate the BCA Business Debit Card facility by delivering written notification to the Facility Recipient at the latest 30 (thirty) Calendar Days prior to the desired termination
    2. BCA reserves the right to terminate the BCA Business Debit Card facility at any time if:
      1. the use of the BCA Business Debit Card facility is not in accordance with its purposes or violates the prevailing laws;
      2. The Facility Recipient violates these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part and/or the prevailing laws;
      3. The Facility Recipient does not provide sufficient funds in the Account of Facility Recipient and/or The Facility Recipient’s Account cannot be debited for any reason, including because the account has been closed or blocked.
      4. The funds in the Facility Recipient's account are suspected to originate from a criminal act;
      5. The Facility Recipient is declared bankrupt or is in the process of being filed for bankruptcy or in the process of the Suspension of Payment (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang/PKPU) or for any reason is no longer entitled to manage and control the assets of the Facility Recipient;
      6. The Facility Recipient in the form of legal entity is declared as dissolved or in a state of liquidation;
      7. The Facility Recipient is known to use and/or suspected of using false documents and/or providing incorrect data to BCA; or
      8. The Facility Recipient conveys doubtful
    3. The Facility Recipient has the right to apply for the termination of this BCA Business Debit Card facility by delivering written notice to BCA no later than 30 (thirty) Calendar Days prior to the desired termination date.
    4. The BCA Business Debit Card facility will end if:
      1. The Facility Recipient submits request to terminate the BCA Business Debit Card facility;
      2. BCA terminates the provision of the BCA Business Debit Card facility as referred to in numbers 1 and 2 point T of this Terms and Conditions;
      3. BCA no longer provides BCA Business Debit Card facility;
      4. The Facility Recipient is no longer a BCA customer; or
      5. There are law prohibit the provision of BCA Business Debit Card facility.
    5. In Connection with the termination of the provisions of this BCA Business Debit Card facility as referred to in this point, the Facility Recipient and BCA agree to waive the provisions of Article 1266 of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUH Perdata Indonesia) to the extent that a court decision is required to terminate the provision of this BCA Business Debit Card facility.
    6. If at the end of the BCA Business Debit Card facility, there are still unsettled obligations of the Facility Recepient, the Facility Recipient must settle the obligations to BCA and/or the Cardholder.

    U. Representations and Guarantees

    1. The Facility Recipient and BCA hereby declare and guarantee that the implementation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions will be carried out in a professional manner with full responsibility and on the basis of good faith to create a mutually beneficial relationship.
    2. The Facility Recipient hereby declares and guarantees that the Facility Recipient is a legal entity and/or a business entity that legally holds all necessary permits/approvals in connection with the implementation of this BCA Business Debit Card facility.
    3. The Facility Recipient and BCA hereby declare and guarantee that the signing and implementation of the BCA Business Debit Card Facility Form and these Terms and Conditions will not contradict, violate or conflict with the laws and regulations as well as the policies of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia or any other competent authorities.

    V. Confidentiality

    1. The Facility Recipient agrees that all information and data in any form related to this BCA Business Debit Card facility must be kept confidential by the Facility The Facility Recipient agrees that all such information is confidential and will not disseminate and/or provide data either partially or wholly to other parties, except:
      1. the data/information is already public property information, because it has been opened to the public by the owner of information;
      2. must be given based on the prevailing laws and must be notified in writing beforehand to BCA;
      3. based on the instructions of the competent
    2. The Facility Recipient agrees not to use confidential data/information obtained from BCA in any form and for any purposes except those related to the use of the BCA Business Debit Card facility.
    3. The Facility Recipient must ensure that all employees, agents, advisors, and/or affiliated parties of the Facility Recipient must comply with the obligation to maintain data confidentiality in connection with the BCA Business Debit Card
    4. The Facility Recipient agrees that the confidentiality provisions as referred to in Point V herein will remain valid even though the provision of the BCA Business Debit Card facility has ended.

    W. Taxes

    The taxes that arise in connection with the issuance of the Card are the responsibility of each party, in accordance with the prevailing tax provisions in Indonesia.

    X. Miscellaneous

    1. The BCA Business Debit Card Facility Form, Terms and Conditions, attachments to the Terms and Conditions, and other supporting documents in connection with this BCA Business Debit Card facility constitute an integral and inseparable parts of the Terms and Conditions.
    2. BCA has the right to change, complete or replace these Terms and Conditions which will be notified by BCA to the Facility Recipient in any form and through any means in accordance with the prevailing laws.
    3. The Facility Recipient hereby declares that all records, printouts, recordings, means of communication, information and calculations from BCA relating to the balance on the Card, or other evidence in any form available to BCA for Transactions carried out by the Facility Recipient and/or Cardholder are valid evidence and bind the Facility Recipient and Cardholder unless proven otherwise. The Data related to electronic banking transactions carried out by the Facility Recipient and/or the Cardholder will be stored by BCA in accordance with prevailing regulations.
    4. The Facility Recipient releases BCA from all claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions for all losses arising from Card counterfeiting, damage and/or failure of the BCA ATM machines, BCA EDC machines, and/or other means caused by other things beyond BCA's control.
    5. The Facility Recipient releases BCA from all complaints, claims, and/or demands in connection with and as far as the relationship between the Facility Recipient and the Cardholder and the granting of the Card by the Facility Recipient to the Cardholder, thus such matters are entirely the risk, burden, and responsibility of the Facility
    6. The Facility Recipient is required to provide data and/or documents related to the use of the Card if requested by BCA, regulators and/or other authorized parties.

    Y. Language

    Terms and Conditions of BCA Business Debit Card PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) are made and signed in 2 (two) versions of languages, namely Indonesian and English. In the event that there is a discrepancy in interpretation between the versions of Indonesian and English, then the version of Indonesian language shall prevail.

    How to Open a Business Debit Card Facility

    • To open a Business Debit Card (BDC), the customer must register an account as the source of funds, which can be a Rupiah Current Account, Tabungan Prestasi, or Tahapan Gold.
    • The customer must have a KBB/KBB-IS/Host-to-Host/API/myBCA Business facility, with the following additional requirements:
      • Customers using the Host-to-Host ERP Integration mechanism and API must be willing to develop network infrastructure and a Host-to-Host ERP Integration system based on BCA’s Technical Specification Document.
      • For Business Debit Card applications with closed-loop features, the customer must register a Merchant ID (MID)/Merchant Category Code (MCC) to be used for their Business Debit Card transactions.
      • Fill out and approve the required application forms, including:
    • Prepare the required documents.
    • Appoint a Coordinating Branch to assist with the customer's BDC facility.
