Others:

The credit facility must remain active and shall not have reached it’s maturity date.
Any credit facility that is subject to provision fee or administrative fee upon drawdown shall have such fees debited separately.
For post dated drawdown transactions with terms, an email notification will be sent if plafond is insufficient
For post dated drawdown transactions with terms, an email reminder will be sent one (1) day prior to the scheduled disbursement date.

Notes:

Immediate: The submission and disbursement are processed on the same business day.
Post Dated: The disbursement is processed on specified future date.
