BCA Expo 2025 will be held offline at Hall 5-10 ICE BSD City, Tangerang, from 22-24 August 2025; and online via the expo.bca.co.id website from 22 August-30 September 2025.

BCA Expo 2025 is presented as a sustainable and environmentally friendly event. This is realized through the availability of plastic bottle exchange machines, or Bakti BCA Reverse Vending Machines (RVM) in the food and beverage (F&B) area. In addition, BCA will also provide waste processors and waste educators as a measure to reduce the amount of waste generated from this event.
