Jakarta, 6 March 2025 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has reopened opportunities for young individuals to contribute through the Program Pemagangan Bakti BCA. This time, BCA is offering two positions: frontliner (customer service/teller) and customer service for opening online accounts. The registration period is open until December 31, 2025.
BCA Executive Vice President of Human Capital Management Rudi Lim explained, “Program Pemagangan Bakti BCA is BCA's commitment to equip young talents with practical skills to complement their academic knowledge. Program Pemagangan Bakti BCA is specifically designed to build the expertise of the younger generation in providing qualified and professional banking services. In addition to hard skills, participants can also hone soft skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and technical abilities in specific fields.”
Pemagangan Bakti participants in frontliner positions will learn skills as customer service or tellers at BCA branch offices. As a customer service representative, participants will hone their skills in serving and providing banking solutions tailored to customer needs, including unblocking or changing cards. Then, tellers will serve customers who need deposit and withdrawal services, current account disbursements, and so on. The Bakti Internship participants in the position of online account opening customer service will gain valuable experience in the form of opportunities to serve customers who want to open accounts online.
Prospective participants who are interested in registering for frontliner Magang Bakti must meet a number of requirements, such as:
- Indonesian citizens (male or female) aged 18 to 24 years old,
- High school / vocational high school graduates (average score of report cards for semesters 5 and 6 at least 70),
- D1 - D3 or Bachelor’s graduates, (minimum GPA 2,50),
- Willing to be placed at any BCA branches within the selected city,
- Unmarried and willing to remain unmarried throughout the internship, and
- Have never participated in the Bakti BCA Internship program before.
For the Magang Bakti position in customer service for online account opening, applications must meet the following requirements, including:
- Indonesian citizens (male or female) aged 18 to 24 years,
- D3 or Bachelor’s graduates (minimum GPA 2,50),
- Proficient in basic computer skills,
- Willing to be placed in Serpong or Tangerang with a shift-based work system,
- Unmarried and willing to remain unmarried throughout the internship,
- Possess integrity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills, and
- Have never participated in the Bakti BCA Internship program.
Compensation provided for Magang Bakti participants is in the form of training, monthly pocket money, leaves, health benefits, internship certificates, and scholarship benefits.
