Unveiling BCA's the First Sub-Branch Office on Sumbawa Island: Our Commitment to Deliver Service Excellence to Customers

Bima, May 8th, 2023 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) officially opened a Sub-Branch Office (KCP) in Bima to meet the growing demand of customers and to further enhance business operations in the province of West Nusa Tenggara. The Bima KCP is conveniently located at Jalan Kartini no 6-7, Rasanae District, Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara.

The inauguration ceremony was held on May 8th, 2023 and was attended by the Mayor of Bima Haji Muhammad Lutfi, the Head of Bank Indonesia Representative Office for West Nusa Tenggara Heru Saptaji, the Head of Financial Services Authority (OJK) for West Nusa Tenggara Rico Rinaldy, Independent Commissioner of BCA Cyrillus Harinowo, the Head of BCA Region IV Office in Makassar Tan Widy Tarmizi, the Head of PBW IV Soeherdianto Budi K, and the Head of KCU Cakranegara Indrawanto Sahama.

The Bima KCP is BCA's first branch office on Sumbawa Island. The establishment of the Bima KCP is set to meet the growing demand for reliable and efficient financial services, as well as to promote BCA's business expansion in Bima and its neighboring regions.

Independent Commissioner of BCA Cyrillus Harinowo, stated, "We have noticed a rise in the number of savings held by the public in Nusa Tenggara and Bima city, indicating an improvement in the local economy. As such, the addition of a new KCP is necessary to cater to the financial needs of BCA's customers in Bima."

The Bima KCP will complement a series of BCA branch networks in the West Nusa Tenggara Province. These facilities always provide convenience to more than 34 million customer accounts.
