Jakarta, 1 September 2019 – Welcoming the National Customer Day, which falls on 4 September 2019, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) participated in the National Customer Day Parade to greet its customers and the public directly. The event coincides with the Car Free Day (CFD) and is celebrated to appreciate and get to know customers better.
Attending the National Customer Day Parade is President of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) Joko Widodo, Minister of Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises Rini Soemarno, Minister of Tourism Affairs Arief Yahya, Founder of National Customer Day Handi Irawan, Deputy President Director of BCA Armand W. Hartono accompanied by Executive Vice President of Center of Digital of BCA Wani Sabu and Senior Vice President of Center of Digital BCA Reni Septiana with hundreds of BCA’s employees.
“National Customer Day is a moment to lift up the company’s spirit and satisfy customers. We would like to give an appreciation to our customers by participating in the Parade because we are committed to provide service excellence through whole-hearted services,” explained Armand.
BCA with 34 other companies as well as thousands of participants walked along MH Thamrin street to National Monument (MONAS) in their respective company uniforms. Each company has prepared their own jingles to further enlivened the parade. The various art performances presented at the parade have been defined as characterizing the spirit of the company in building customer satisfaction.
BCA holds an open house in celebrating the Customer Day, where customers can visit its branches and Halo BCA on 4 September 2019. During the open house, BCA’s board of directors greet and serve customers directly at branch offices around Jabodetabek. It serves as a form of appreciation to its loyal customers that becomes one of the real keys to the company’s success.
“The various efforts made by BCA in order to provide the best service for our customers includes digitalization efforts to provide ease of transaction. The transformation of contact center to center of digitalhas been done to accommodate customers’ needs in terms of speed, comfort and security in conducting financial transactions.
