Indonesian citizen, 50 years old. Domiciled in Indonesia. Appointed as Deputy President Director of BCA at the 2016 Annual GMS and obtained the approval of OJK on 21 June 2016. The appointment is effective since the 2026 Annual GMS with a term of office until the close of the 2029 Annual GMS.

Duties and Responsibilities


Deputy President Director of BCA who coordinates the Branch Network Director, Transaction Banking Director, and Information Technology Director, and is responsible for operational work units including International Banking, International Banking Services, E-Channel & Settlement Services, Credit Administration Services, and Corporate Branch.

Career


He served as a Director of BCA from 2009. Previously served as Head of Regional Planning and Development of BCA (2004-2009). Prior to this, he has held several executive positions at PT Djarum (1998-2004), including Finance Director, Deputy Director for Purchasing, and Head of Human Resources. He began his career working as an analyst at Global Credit Research and Investment Banking, JP Morgan Singapore (1997-1998).

Education


Graduated from the University of California, San Diego (1996), and obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Economic-System and Operations Research from Stanford University, USA (1997).

Affiliation


He has a financial and family relationship with Robert Budi Hartono and Bambang Hartono, the controlling shareholders of BCA, but no financial, stock ownership, and/or family relationship with members of the Board of Commissioners or fellow members of the Board of Directors of BCA.

Concurrent Position


Currently also holds positions in the following non-profit organizations or institutions:

  1. Chairman of the Indonesian Issuers Association (2023-present).
  2. Chairman of the Banking Operational Directors Communication Forum (2024-present)
  3. Member of the Company Assessment Committee of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2025-present)
