Frengky Chandra Kusuma
Indonesian citizen, 58 years old. Domiciled in Indonesia. Appointed as Director of BCA at the 2021 Annual GMS and obtained the approval of OJK on 26 April 2021, for a 5-year term.
Director of BCA, responsible for Network, Regional & Branch overseeing the day-to-day operations of branch network management and regional development, and responsible for Logistics & Buildings Division and the Regional & Branch Management Division.
He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from STIE Yayasan Pendidikan Ujung Pandang (STIE YPUP) and a Master degree in Financial Management from Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala.
He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia, including Pacific RIM Bankers Programme – University of Washington, Foster Education Seattle, USA (2012) and University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA (2017).
No financial relationship, stock ownership relationship, and/or family relationship with members of the Board of Commissioners, fellow member of the Board of Directors, and/ or the controlling shareholders of BCA.
Does not have concurrent positions in companies or other institutions in accordance with the prevailing OJK Regulations.
During his career, he accumulated extensive experience in various areas and assignments, including in SME & commercial banking, branch banking management, network distribution & delivery channel, and procurement & property management.
