Easy Remittance Methods on myBCA

Transfer in foreign currencies can be done anytime and from anywhere via myBCA. Currently, outward remittance transactions via myBCA to BCA Giro/Foreign Currency Accounts are available in 8 foreign currencies, including United States Dollar (USD), Singapore Dollar (SGD), Great Britain Pound Sterling (GBP), Japanese Yen (JPY), China Yuan (CNY), Hongkong Dollar (HKD), Australian Dollar (AUD), and Euro (EUR). 

Transactions exceeding the equivalent of USD 100,000 per month can still be made via myBCA by providing the underlying documents. These documents can be uploaded through myBCA to make the transaction easier.

How to Transfer in Foreign Currencies via myBCA

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select the "Transfer" menu
  3. Select "Transfer ke Rekening BCA"
  4. Select the intended Giro/Foreign Currency Account*
  5. Choose the fund source account
  6. Fill in the transaction information such as currency, amount, transaction purpose category, etc., then click “Lanjut”
  7. Select the underlying documents if required** 
  8. Click “Setuju” on the foreign currency purchase statement
  9. Recheck the transaction information and click “Lanjut”
  10. Enter the PIN
  11. A successful transaction notification will appear

*Forex purchase transactions using underlying documents can only be made to Personal Accounts at BCA.

**Underlying documents are required if the accumulation of such transactions is more than the equivalent of USD 100,000 in a month

About Underlying Documents

Underlying document is a document that must be included in a forex transactions if:

  • The forex transfer uses Rupiah fund source and the accumulation of the purchase transactions against Rupiah in one month has exceeded USD 100,000 or equivalent; or 
  • Forex transfer using the currency of the fund source account and the transfer amount > USD 100,000 or equivalent per transaction.
  • Accepted documents are only final documents, such as invoice, list of invoice, Letter of Credit (L/C), a copy of loan agreement/other debt documents, sales agreement, debit note, and other underlying.

How to Upload Underlying Documents through myBCA

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select the "Transfer" menu
  3. Select "Dokumen Underlying"
  4. Click “Upload Dokumen”
  5. Click on the “Upload Dokumen” box to upload the underlying documents
  6. Fill in the information of the document type, document number, and amount, click "Lanjut"
  7. Recheck the uploaded documents and click "Lanjut"
  8. Enter the PIN
  9. Underlying document submission is being processed

How to Check the Status of Underlying Documents on myBCA

  1. Log in to myBCA
  2. Select the "Transfer" menu
  3. Select "Dokumen Underlying"
  4. The list and status of the underlying documents submitted will appear
