Ocean by BCA

Ocean by BCA is a website for BCA business customers and prospective customers that provides a range of services to meet business needs. Customers can log in to Ocean by BCA and use its services using BCA ID Bisnis (Corporate ID and User ID) obtained through the Ocean by BCA registration process.

  • Digital Experience
    Information, recommendation, and submission center for business products/services and provides easy customer transaction information with one-time access for customers who already have a BCA ID Bisnis, including:
    • Business Dashboard
      Facilitate the process of monitoring and managing financial information and banking transactions by displaying information visualizations in the form of graphs. The information contained in the business Dashboard includes:
      • Summary
        Financial information and banking transactions in the form of widgets that can be adjusted based on the access rights held and customer preferences.
      • Reports
        View and download transaction reports based on predefined access rights. The report can be downloaded in formats such as XLSX, CSV, TXT, and MT940. The following are the financial transaction reports that can be accessed through Ocean by BCA:
        1. Account Mutation
          Information and statements of debit, credit, or both of the accounts that have been registered.
        2. BCA Virtual Account
          Information and transaction reports on payments to the customer's virtual account number.
        3. Tax Supporting Documents
          Proof of income tax withholding (PPh) made by the withholding in standard or equal form. Reports can be obtained in monthly or yearly periods.
        4. Savings and Current Account E-Statement
          Summary of account statements in a digital format that facilitates transaction monitoring and financial reconciliation.
        5. Supply Chain Finance
          Invoice reports, loans, credit notes, and information related to Supply Chain Finance.
        6. Credit Cards
          Information, transactions, and downloading credit card bills.
      • Download Request History
        View a list of all reports that have been requested and re-download the report file within a specific period of time in the Business Dashboard service.
    • Recommended Products
      Product information, such as product descriptions, benefits, and uniqueness, based on business needs and customer business profiles.
    • Digital Onboarding
      Providing convenience for customers to submit products/business facilities anywhere and at any time.
    • Leave Contact
      A means of submitting business products/services and delivering certain messages/needs so that BCA can contact customers according to the information submitted.
    • Direct Access
      Makes it easier for customers who are logged in to directly access the facilities/services available using BCA ID Bisnis without the need to log in again.
    • Help Center
      Get information and solutions to questions or problems related to BCA's business products and facilities.
    • Notification Features
      Notifications related to promotions, announcements, transaction status updates, and market insights.
    • Pending Task Dashboard Features
      A view of the number of transactions that are still pending the approval process. After the customer selects a pending-approval transaction for review, the customer can be directed to the transaction authorization page on Ocean by BCA and to all services on Ocean by BCA.

    • myEcosystem
      Services that provide a collection of website links and value-added solutions information for business needs outside banking from Partners who have collaborated with BCA. The categories of cooperation available on the myEcosystem service are:
      • Insurance
      • Financing
      • Invoicing
      • Sustainability
      • Management HR
      • Management Supply Chain
      • Taxes

Benefits

  • Customers can make banking transactions and access services from BCA and BCA Partners online and in real time, 24/7.
  • Transactions are safe and convenient because they can only be accessed through the secure network and by using KeyBCA in transactions.
  • Assist in obtaining business solution recommendations from BCA and Company Partners by business field.
  • Facilitate access to other BCA business e-channels/websites.
  • Facilitate the submission of BCA products and business facilities through the Leave Contact or Digital Onboarding service.
  • Obtain various financial transaction reports provided by BCA.
  • Obtain information on solutions related to BCA's business product/facility problems.

Risks

  • Misuse of the customer's card, PIN/Password/OTP, BCA Business ID, and the loss of KeyBCA due to the customer’s negligence.
  • The possibility of network disruption may prevent banking transactions through Ocean by BCA from being carried out.

Requirements and Procedures

  • Customers who can register for Ocean by BCA include corporate customers, business individuals, banks, and remittance companies/non-bank fund transfer operators with accounts with BCA. Register for Ocean by BCA by:
    • Visiting the nearest Branch Office, Corporate Branch Office, or contacting the Relationship Manager (RM).
    • Filling out the Ocean by BCA form and conditions.
    • Providing supporting documents, including:
      • Articles of Association or Bylaws (corporate customers)
      • Ocean by BCA Owner Identity Document and User Identity Document to be registered
  • After the Ocean by BCA application is processed, customers will get:
    • Corporate ID
    • User ID
    • KeyBCA (Hard Token) and KeyBCA PIN are sent separately for security and confidentiality when transacting on myBCA Bisnis service (if you choose to use Hard Token)
    • Email for Soft Token activation (if you choose to use Soft Token)
  • For accounts that include joint accounts with the status of "Or" and credit cards registered with Ocean by BCA under a name different from the Ocean by BCA owner's name, they must be accompanied by a power of attorney from the account owner or credit card holder.
  • Every customer who has a business and has funds in BCA and has met the requirements set by BCA can use Ocean by BCA.

Note:

The fees listed are standard fees that are subject to change at any time, and the amount of any change will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable regulations. For the submission of special fees, it can be provided in accordance with the BCA Business Unit's analysis and approval.

Important Information


Additional Information

  • Every customer who intends to register, change, or delete data in BCA ID Bisnis and KeyBCA must fill out the Ocean by BCA Form.
  • Customers' accounts/credit cards that were opened after the Ocean by BCA registration process must be re-registered to be used with Ocean by BCA.
  • Ocean by BCA Customers and other BCA ID Bisnis holders appointed by Ocean by BCA Customers are required to secure BCA ID Bisnis, KeyBCA (Hard Token), or KeyBCA Bisnis (Soft Token) by:
    • Not disclosing your BCA ID Bisnis, KeyBCA PIN, and KeyBCA Response to others.
    • Do not write your BCA ID Bisnis, KeyBCA PIN, and KeyBCA Response on your desk, terminal, or store them in written form, or on a computer application or other storage means that may be known to others.
    • Use BCA ID Bisnis, KeyBCA PIN, and KeyBCA Response carefully so that they are not visible to others.
    • Do not use the KeyBCA PIN provided by others or that are easy to guess, such as date of birth, combination, or phone number.
  • BCA ID Bisnis and KeyBCA (Hard Token) can be blocked if:
    • Customers who own Ocean by BCA close their Ocean by BCA account, so their Corporate ID is blocked.
    • There was an error in entering KeyBCA Response 3 (three) times in a row when making a transaction using KeyBCA, so the User ID will be blocked.
    • There was an error entering the KeyBCA PIN 3 (three) times in a row, and the KeyBCA was reported as damaged or lost, so it was blocked.
  • When blocked:
    • Corporate ID: Contact BCA Branch Offices
    • User ID:
      • The customer or the party appointed by the relevant customer may apply for the unblocking of the User ID to the BCA Branch Office in accordance with the applicable procedures at BCA; and
      • For User IDs with roles other than Sysadmin, the request to unblock can be made through myBCA Bisnis or the means specified by BCA.
    • KeyBCA: replacing KeyBCA (Hard Token)
  • The cause of KeyBCA Bisnis (Soft Token) and the User ID of the Soft Token/MBB Lite user being blocked can be seen
  • Customers who own Ocean by BCA will receive an email notification for transactions made through Ocean by BCA services to the registered email address.
  • Customers can apply for the closure of Ocean by BCA through BCA branches.
  • BCA will inform the customers of any changes to the benefits, costs, risks, terms and conditions of this Product and/or Service through any means in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
