Indonesian citizen, 52 years old. Domiciled in Indonesia. Appointed as Director of BCA at the 2025 Annual GMS and obtained the approval of OJK on 9 April 2025. The appointment is effective since the 2025 Annual GMS with a term of office until the close of the 2026 Annual GMS.

Duties and Responsibilities


Director of BCA, responsible for Corporate Transaction, Cash Management, Transaction Banking Partnership Solution Development, and Wholesale Transaction Banking Product Development.

Career


Currently serves as BCA's Head of Banking Transaction Cooperation Solution Development Division since September 2022. He began his career in BCA in 1990; joined Management Development Program (1996-1997); and since 1997, had a vast experience in human resource training. He occupied various managerial positions including as Deputy Head of Training & Development Division (2009-2011); Head of Learning & Development Sub-Division (2011-2015); Head of Network and Regional Planning Work Unit (2015-2016); Head of Human Capital Management Division (2016-2020); and Head of Corporate Strategy & Planning (2021-2022). He served as HR Senior Manager at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (2006-2008) in charge of HR strategy for International Business.

Education


He completed his undergraduate degree majoring in accounting at Tarumanagara University in 1995 and earned his master degree in finance from University of Indonesia, Jakarta, in 2002.

No financial relationship, stock ownership relationship, and/or family relationship with members of the Board of Commissioners, fellow member of the Board of Directors, and/ or the controlling shareholders of BCA.

Concurrent Position


Does not have concurrent positions in companies or other institutions in accordance with the prevailing OJK Regulations.

During his career, he has accumulated extensive experience in various areas and assignments, including in transaction banking business development, corporate planning & strategy, human capital management, regional planning & network management, talent management, corporate culture, people development, and branch banking transactions.
