TICKET PURCHASE MECHANISM:

1. Customers visit Disney on Ice booth at Foyer Hall 1, ICE BSD City, Tangerang Regency.
2. Customer purchases voucher code according to the desired category and amount then makes payment directly through EDC BCA / QRIS BCA
3. After successful payment, the booth officer will give a unique voucher code to the customer.

REDEMPTION OF VOUCHER CODE TO SEAT NUMBER

1. Customers are directed to scan the QR code on the banner provided at the booth. The QR code will direct customers to the Traveloka application, to the Disney on Ice Jakarta event product details page to redeem the unique voucher code into tickets and seat numbers.
2. Furthermore, customers can select tickets according to the category and number of codes that have been purchased while selecting the desired seat number.
3. After completing the booking details, the customer will enter the payment page.
4. Customer can input the unique voucher code in the final payment process to end the transaction in the Traveloka application.
5. Once successful, the customer will receive a notification that the booking is successful and the voucher with the seat number will be sent via email.
