Notification of Offering Suspension of Nikko Gebyar Indonesia Dua

We would like to thank you for trusting PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) as Mutual Fund Selling Agent.

Hereby we inform you that starting on July 31, 2023, BCA will suspend Mutual Fund offering of Nikko Gebyar Indonesia Dua managed by PT Nikko Sekuritas Indonesia (PT NSI).

In accordance to the suspension of the Mutual Fund offering of Nikko Gebyar Indonesia Dua stated above, we convey the following information:

1. As of July 31, 2023, transaction service for Nikko Gebyar Indonesia Dua that are provided by BCA will be limited to redemption of Nikko Gebyar Indonesia Dua participation units.
2. Should you have registered auto-subscription of Nikko Gebyar Indonesia Dua at BCA, the auto-subscription of those Mutual Funds will be automatically terminated as of July 31, 2023.
