How to Get Your Dream Motorcycle:
- Visit www.expo.bca.co.id and make sure that you already Register. If you are already on BCA Expoversary homepage, select KSM.
- Find your dream motorcycle by typing the brand and your city. Click “Cari”
- Select the dream motorcycle you want to buy.
- Select your favorite type! 3
Once you are done, you will see 5 (five) navigation buttons:
- Ubah pencarian: to search for other motorcycles based on city and brand.
- Promo: contains all KSM promo.
- Brosur: contains brochures for motorcycles you have chosen.
- Produk: contains selections of motorcycle brands/types.
- Live Chat: chat Telemarketing to ask about information related to credit, brand, etc.
Credit Simulation and Application
On the bottom of the page, you will see “Simulasi Kredit” (credit simulation) or “Ajukan Kredit” (apply for credit)
- Simulasi Kredit (credit simulation): Enter your personal data, motorcycle brand and type, amount of down payment and credit tenor, and click HITUNG to start the calculation.
- If you are interested, you can immediately click “Ajukan Kredit Kendaraan” to apply for credit.
- On the Pengajuan Kredit (credit application) form: confirm your application by completing your personal data and scroll down to fill in the credit data (motorcycle brand & type, downpayment and tenor). And then click “Ajukan Kredit” to submit the application.
- A notification will pop up containing a Virtual Account under the name BCAMF and an amount for the down payment (notification will also be sent via email).
- You will be contacted by BCA KSM in a maximum of 1 (one) hour after submitting your credit application.
- BCA KSM will collect the required documents for your credit application.
- BCA KSM will proceed with the credit approval process.
