BCA e-banking (KlikBCA Individu, BCA mobile, myBCA, Sakuku, and OneKlik) users, do you know the importance of updating your smartphone’s Operating System (OS) periodically?
If your smartphone’s OS is not supportive, you cannot access e-banking on your smartphone smoothly.
Thus, you are highly suggested to update your browser and OS periodically to make sure your BCA e-banking experience goes smoothly.
Today, your BCA e-banking can only be accessed through browsers with below minimum versions.
To know if your smartphone’s OS is already on the criteria above, you can ensure it by doing the following
steps:
Android
Step 1
1. Choose “Settings”
2. Then choose “System”
3. Then choose “About Phone”
4. Check “Android Version”
If it is already version 7 or higher, then your smartphone’s OS has fulfilled the criteria. If it is not, go to
step 5 (give).
5. Choose “Settings”
6. Then choose “System”
7. Choose “System Update”
8. Update if available
9. Recheck your smartphone’s OS (steps 1 to 4)
iOS
Steps:
1. Choose “Settings”
2. Then choose “General”
3. Then choose “About”
4. Check “Version”
If it is already version 7.0 or higher, then your smartphone’s OS has fulfilled the criteria. If it is not, go
to step 5 (give).
5. Choose “Settings”
6. Then choose “General”
7. Choose “System Update”
8. Update if available
9. Recheck your smartphone’s OS (step 1 to 4)
