A web-based online app that allows the customer to directly purchase and/or sell securities with the Dealing Room – Treasury Division (DTR).

Important Information


Requirements & Procedures

  • The customer must be either a Financial Institution or a Non-Financial Institution in the form of a legal entity.
  • The customer is a Domestic Taxpayer (WPDN);
  • The customer must have an account with BCA;
  • The customer must have exposure/needs related to Securities;
  • The customer must be registered to conduct securities transactions directly with the Dealing Room;
  • The customer must not be on BCA blacklist;
  • The customer must obtain approval from a Dealing Room Official, at least at the S3 echelon;
  • The customer must complete the required documents for J-Oblig registration, including:
    1. Application Form for Investment Product Services
    2. Terms and Conditions for Sale and Purchase of Investment Products

Main Features

  • Trade
    Allow the customer to perform the following:
    • List of Securities Series
      View all offered and tradable securities series, including real-time price information.
    • RFQ (Request For Quotation)
      Conduct purchase and/or sale transactions of securities ("Transactions") with the Dealing Room, where the customer receives a price set by the Dealing Room.
    • RFO (Request For Order)
      Conduct Transactions with the Dealing Room, where the customer can propose a desired securities price.
    • Display ongoing transactions.
  • Blotter
    Display information on all transactions conducted by the customer through J-Oblig.
  • Settings
    Customization options for Securities watchlist, audio, and password on J-Oblig.

Benefits

  • Allow the customer to conveniently purchase and/or sell securities, including Government Securities (SBN) and corporate bonds or other securities
  • Allow the customer to conveniently monitor securities prices in real-time.
  • More cost-efficient, compared to the current Bloomberg or phone-based trading.
  • Allow the customer to directly transact with BCA dealers using the RFQ (Request For Quotation)/ RFO (Request For Order) feature.

Risks

  • There may be disruptions in communication/transactions when using J-Oblig due to disruptions/offline status/other technical issues in BCA’s system.
  • The customer may be exposed to various risks including but not limited to those notified to the customer. Therefore, the customer is fully responsible for identifying and assessing other possible risks associated with transactions.

Additional Information

  • Transaction Terms:
    • The transactions available to the customer through J-Oblig are the purchase and/or sale of securities.
    • The account used for bond sale/purchase transactions through J-Oblig must be in the customer's name (using another person's account is not permitted).
    • Purchase and/or sale transactions of Securities that have been completed by the customer cannot be canceled.
  • BCA reserves the right to change the benefits, fees, risks, and terms and conditions for this product and/or service, and any changes will be notified by BCA to the customer in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable law. Such notice will be provided at least 30 (thirty) business days before the changes take effect.
  • The Bank reserves the right to reject the customer’s application for Securities transaction services through the J-Oblig app if the Customer fails to meet the applicable terms and conditions.
  • The Securities offered through J-Oblig are not products of the Bank.
  • The Customer makes their own decision when purchasing and/or selling Securities.
