Branch Services is a digital platform designed to facilitate the process of completing e-forms for transactions conducted at the Branch and enable customers to make reservations, making transactions at the branch faster and more convenient.

Main Features

Non-Financial Transactions, including:

  • Layanan Prioritas (Priority Service)
    Layanan Prioritas (Priority Service) is a feature offered to Prioritas Customers, allowing them to reserve a spot in the queue at a branch at their preferred time and location.

Financial Transactions, including:

  • Cash Deposit Transactions
    The Cash Deposit Slip Completion feature allows Customers to pre-fill the cash deposit slip before conducting transactions at a BCA Branch, either via desktop or mobile, in accordance with the applicable provisions. This feature also supports recurring transactions and includes a transfer list containing beneficiary data.
  • Cash Withdrawal Transactions
    The Cash Withdrawal Slip Completion feature allows Customers to pre-fill the cash withdrawal slip before conducting transactions at a BCA Branch, either via desktop or mobile, in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  • Transfer to Other BCA Account (In-house Transfer) Transactions
    The Transfer to Other BCA Account Slip Completion feature allows Customers to pre-fill the in-house transfer (Transfer to Other BCA Account) slip before conducting transactions at a BCA Branch, either via desktop or mobile, in accordance with the applicable provisions.

Transaction Fees for Layanan Cabang (Branch Services)

No additional fees will be charged for accessing the Layanan Cabang (Branch Services) feature when using an internet access plan.

Benefits

  • Filling out forms or slips for transactions at the branch becomes easier as they can be completed electronically using devices such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, PCs, etc.
  • Transaction processing time at the branch is reduced because all data is automatically populated based on the data inputted by Customers via Layanan Cabang (Branch Services).
  • Prioritas Customers can enjoy more convenience with the reservation feature, allowing them to book their preferred transaction time and location before visiting the branch.

Risks

  • There may be disruptions/downtime in BCA’s system or communication failures (timeouts) between systems, which may result in:
    • Inaccessibility of Layanan Cabang (Branch Services)
    • Failure to generate reference numbers in the reservation service
    • Customers of Layanan Cabang (Branch Services) not receiving reference numbers
    • Transaction proof not being sent to customers’ emails connected to their BCA ID
  • If customers share their personal banking data with third parties, e-channel facilities may be accessed by unauthorized parties.

Requirements and Procedures

  • To use the Layanan Cabang (Branch Services) feature, Customers can download and install the myBCA App or access the myBCA website directly on a device with a compatible operating system specified by BCA.
  • After registering for a BCA ID, Customers can access the Layanan Cabang (Branch Services) feature by logging in to the myBCA App or the myBCA website.

  • BCA has the right to change the benefits, fees and charges, risks, including terms and conditions of this product and/or service, and any changes will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable law. Such notice will be provided at least 30 (thirty) business days before the effective date of the changes.
  • Further information regarding fees and charges, benefits, and risks can be accessed through BCA's official website at www.bca.co.id.
  • Customers must ensure that their BCA ID entered in the myBCA App rightfully belongs to them.
  • Customers must maintain the confidentiality of their Password and are fully responsible for any misuse of the BCA ID or Password they entered.
  • Password changes can be made by accessing the Settings menu in the myBCA App and selecting the ‘Change Password’ feature.
  • Customers must enter the required (mandatory) data in the eForm to obtain a Reference Number.
  • After entering the Transaction data in the eForm, Customers are still required to visit a BCA branch office and/or access BCA facilities to complete the Transaction by providing the Reference Number and presenting other documents as required by BCA according to the provisions applicable at BCA.
  • Customers may cancel or delete entries in the eForm as long as the Transaction has not been processed at BCA.
  • Based on certain considerations, BCA reserves the right to refuse to process any Transactions entered by Customers in the eForm in accordance with the provisions or procedures applicable at BCA.
  • A Reference Number is valid for use by Customers for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date it is issued by BCA.
  • BCA will verify every Customer conducting their first transaction at a BCA branch office using the App, whether they are an existing BCA customer or a potential BCA customer. In addition, BCA also has the right to verify Customers’ data in the event of any updates.
  • In the event of any discrepancies between the Customers’ data and the data held by BCA, the data held by BCA shall prevail unless proven otherwise.
  • Transaction Data entered in the Layanan Cabang (Branch Service) feature will be retained by BCA in accordance with applicable retention policies, as long as Customers have completed the Transaction at a BCA branch office.
