BCA Operational Schedule During Public Holidays and Collective Leave for the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia

Jakarta, 15 August 2025 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has adjusted the operating hours of its branch offices in conjunction with the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia. This adjustment follows the holiday and collective leave schedule set by the government on 17-18 August, 2025.

The following schedules are operational adjustments for BCA branch offices during the holidays and collective leave for the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia.

During the holiday period and collective leave for the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, customers can still enjoy the convenience of BCA banking services securely through the myBCA app, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and the extensive BCA ATM network. All BCA branch offices will resume normal operations on Tuesday, 19 August 2025.

BCA EVP Corporate Communication & Social Responsibility Hera F. Haryn said, ”During the holiday and collective leave for the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, customers can still access BCA banking services through the myBCA app, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and the BCA ATM network located in various locations. BCA also offers a cardless feature via myBCA and BCA Mobile, enabling customers to make cash deposits and withdrawals without a card. This initiative is part of BCA’s commitment to providing adaptive banking services, prioritizing an understanding of customer needs. BCA continues to promote a hybrid service ecosystem that can be accessed both directly and through digital platforms. We hope that this innovation will make it easier for customers to access various financial services during the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia.”

During the holiday period, the public and customers can still open new accounts through the myBCA and BCA mobile applications. In addition, various transactions such as payments using QRIS, Flazz balance top-ups, and data package purchases and refills can still be carried out

through these two digital platforms. Specifically in the myBCA application, customers can also use the Paylater feature to meet urgent needs with the option of paying at a later date.
