Jakarta, 10 May 2025 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is adjusting the operational schedule of its branch offices in observance of the Vesak Day 2025 holiday. This adjustment follows the public holiday and collective leave schedule set by the government for 12-13 May 2025.
Here are the operational adjustments for BCA branch offices during the Vesak Day 2025 holiday and collective leave.

During the Vesak Day 2025 holiday period, customers can access BCA banking services anytime and anywhere through the myBCA app, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and BCA ATMs. All BCA branch offices will resume normal operations on Wednesday, 14 May 2025.
BCA President Director, Jahja Setiaatmadja, stated, “BCA consistently promotes a hybrid banking service concept that is accessible both onsite at branch offices and online, as part of our commitment to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of our customers. We are ready to support customer transactions 24/7 through our digital services on the myBCA app, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), as well as our extensive network of BCA ATMs. Customers can also utilize the cardless feature available on BCA mobile and myBCA to make cash deposits and withdrawals at BCA ATMs without needing a physical ATM card. We hope BCA’s wide range of services can support our customers' financial needs, including during the Vesak Day 2025 holiday and collective leave.”
During the Vesak Day 2025 holiday, individuals and customers who wish to open a new account can do so through the BCA mobile and myBCA applications. In addition, customers can easily carry out various transactions such as QRIS payments, Flazz top-ups, and data package payments and recharges using the myBCA and BCA mobile apps. Specifically on myBCA, customers can take advantage of the Paylater feature to address urgent needs with the option to pay at a later time. The BCA Paylater service can be accessed after completing the registration process through the myBCA app.
